Fantastic ankle boots and service

Beautiful skies, quick delivery

The loafer shoes suit me so well that I have purchased 2 pairs, one of which was online. One black pair and one brown pair. Quality made shoes. But the online purchase took along time to arrive and I had to chase them. Something had gone wrong with the courier service. However the funds were taken from my bank account speedily and even before the dispatch notice.

Absolutely fabulous website boots are beautiful and were delivered quite quickly i would recommend this website 100%%

Speedy delivery & great product

Easy ordering process. Great discount. Tried these boots in the store and was considering purchasing. Checked on website and ordered as there was a discount. I was more pleased with the boots on trying them a second time, the quality is really good and I’m very happy with my purchase.

Straightforward online purchase. Happy with the communication, delivery on time.

After ordering the Penzance boot in teal a few weeks ago at £119 I decided to purchase them in the red at £95.20.
They were out of stock on line & Michael from customer services located them & added it to the website. The website clearly advertised them at £95.20 when added to the basket they were £119.00.
Emailed & told Black Friday had finished & nothing could be done.
I had emailed on the Friday evening but it wasn’t looked at until the Tuesday.
This is very poor customer service, there was photographic proof of the advertised £95.20 . Maybe should contact trading standards .
Whilst the boots no doubt will be fine, the lack of applying discretionary customer service is sadly lacking.

Thank you for your message, and I'm sorry for the frustration this situation has caused. I’d like to clarify that your original email came in on Friday at around 7pm, which is outside our working hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm) so unfortunately this would not have been seen until the following week. As a small team in the middle of an extremely busy sale period, our response time has been a little longer than usual, and we weren’t able to get to your enquiry until Tuesday. I do apologise for that delay.

Regarding the Black Friday price, the £95.20 was part of a very limited-time sale, which ended on Sunday. Because this offer has fully expired, we’re unfortunately unable to make any exceptions or honour the discount now. I do understand this is disappointing, and I’m sorry it’s not the outcome you were hoping for.
