From the first phone call to receiving my car the service from TVL was second to none,
Scott Rigg was very helpful when I needed assistance with any paperwork and the car arrived when they said it would, I will be using them again.

Very quick & efficient service, although my vehicle was a stock model, hence the speed. That doesn't take anything away from the spped at which paperwork was prepared & sent & response time to queries.
Scott Rigg was very helpful & explained everything clearly.
I highly recommend TVL & expect i will be cack again for my next upgrade.

Got my wifes new car from Total Vehicle Leasing and they were exceptional. I have had lease cars in the past and not had anywhere near this level of customer service.
Kept me up to date every step of the way - replied as soon as I had any queries and set the delivery date at the start and stuck to it.
Good price for the car as well. No complaints whatsoever!

Brilliant service from Scott, Lee and Andrew. Paperwork from the funder was delayed (not TVL's fault, it was down to the funder), kept me updated and arranged delivery in double quick time once sorted. Pleasure to deal with and really competive price on my car. Will definitely be recommending them to others
