I’ve dealt with numerous leasing companies in the past and had varying degrees of experience. Car Leasing were very helpful and knowledgeable. No pressure from any of the team. Special shout out to Scott who was really helpful and great to deal with. Thank you team.

My wife and I were doing comparisons for leasing deals and we came across this company. We have never leased a car before but thought it was a good option for us after researching.

We never heard of TVL but after checking the trustpilot scores of several leasing companies, we felt that this was the best fit for us.

We have now taken ownership of a new EV and TVL have been outstanding. There are a lot of comments referencing Lee and Scott and I have to say that they have exceeded our expectations and looked to keep us up to date throughout. If they said they would call, they did and we have felt supported especially as this was new to us.

Terrific service from Scott and Lee. I had a specific car in mind and despite the ever changing limited stock Scott did his best to get the right car at the best price and before the tight deadline I needed. You cannot ask for more. There was no pressure, no trying to get me to take alternatives and I was kept well informed from start to finish. They are a real breath of fresh air in the leasing market and I won't hesitate to recommend and use them in future. Cheers lads.

I leased a Tesla Model 3. Despite leasing many cars in the past, the tesla process is quite different. However Andrew navigated his way through this for me and was always very attentive. I would definitely use again when we are next ready to lease.

I came across TVL over 18 months ago and nearly committed to an amazingly gorgeous and expensive sports car they were offering at a fantastic deal. Despite the whole process, I changed my mind last minute as had to be financially logical, but Scott Rigg’s (Account Manager) customer service was A*, he was helpful, friendly, and non-judgemental when I cancelled. Amongst so many lease companies online, it was his customer service that I remembered which guided me back to TVL and ended up leasing a car through them last month. (I nearly went through another provider but they were so pushy, and ‘sales’ driven, it felt like peer pressure and force than valuable customer appreciation. That’s when I remembered TVL and Scott, and decided to go to TVL and see if they could help with what I wanted.. and Goodness... not only did they beat the bigger company’s offer by £14 a month, their service was a million times better!!!

Their approach is client focused, communication is instant, easy access via emails and calls, you don’t feel like a customer lost to their to do list/queue, and Scott was on my lease application instantly, chasing the dealership, finance process etc, it was great process from getting quotes, to application, to delivery arrangement. From A to Z, not one single worry, concern or upset.

And not to mention he managed to offer the best deal amongst all the other deals I had come across.
