Claim closed within two weeks
Made a claim for some scratches I got charged for and got the whole sum back from eversure within two weeks. Highly recommended!

No prior notice before automatic renewal
I was not advised in advance of the auto renewal what the cost would be. This is very poor customer service and means I will not use this company again.

Very well laid out and easily navigated website. As with all insurance, the measure is how well they manage any subsequent claim. So far I have never needed to make a claim so can't comment on this aspect.

A great service
A great service. Their hire vehicle excess insurance provides cover for exhorbitant excess limits. The last time I used their service the insurance cost less for covering a week's hire than th edaily rate from the hire company.
