It must be a scam or genuinely terrible customer service... I ordered the items on 19th August.. It's now been 12 DAYS and my order status is still 'Processing' without any notice (the order was supposed to arrive 5-10 working days). I tried to contact their team three times without any luck.. Do NOT fall for this and ignore the cheap prices.. It's most probably a scam.. You'll probably never receive anything ...

Please do not fall for low-price products cos you will not receive them! I bought an ear drop for tinnitus and paid almost same amount for postage and supposed to have delivered within 2-4 working days but waited almost two weeks nothing arrived and when I tracked online, it says to be processed! then requested a refund but they didn't even bother replying to my mails then had to take it with bank to get my refund which took almost 6 weeks to get the money back! AVOID IT

Dit is dus de tweede review die ik ga schrijven over carethy. Na de eerste heeft carethy gereageerd met een reactie dat ik het bestelde product (wat niet leverbaar was) kon omruilen voor een ander artikel. Dat heb ik gedaan en vervolgens krijg ik een mailtje dat het eerste product niet leverbaar is (wat ik allang wist) en kon omruilen voor een ander artikel (wat ik dus allang had gedaan). Met dit bedrijf is niet normaal te communiceren. Geen telefoonnummer en op je reactie wordt totaal niet goed gereageerd, ze sturen je iedere keer weer hetzelfde nietszeggende mailtje waar je niets mee kunt.

Ich habe am 25igsten Dezember Kosmetik ( v.a Nagellack wie Essie und O.P.I) bestellt ,da die Preise ja sehr verlockend bei Carethy sind. Bezahlt habe ich 123€!! Am 23. Januar hätte das Paket kommen sollen ( 4 Wochen nach Bestellung!). Dann bekam ich eine email das einige Artikel fehlen würden und die Summe auf der Carethy Website wurde einfach geändert , mir aber nichts zurückgezahlt!! Ok,dann wären wir bei 100€. Am 26igsten Januar bekam ich nach zig emails hin und her eine DPD Benachrichtigung " ihr Paket von Carethy wurde erfolgreich zugestellt". Ich lief also verwundert über das fehlende Klingeln zum Briefkasten, aber da war nur ein Paket von dpd für die Nachbarn. Nix für mich. Nach genauester Nachforschung habe ich letztendlich einen Paypalkäuferschutz eröffnet,welcher noch im Gang ist. Laut "Kundenservice" von carethy war das Paket nicht zustellbar ( Grund nicht angegeben). Ich bin stets zuhause btw und nun wird das Paket zurückgeschickt ( weil nicht zustellbar). Nachdem ICH die Rücksendekosten tragen soll, will Carethy auch MIR die Verantwortung geben WIE die angeblich nicht zustellbaren Produkte ( in meinem Fall Nagellacke ) in Spanien ankommen. Also : sollten welche kaputt sein, wird mir laut email die Rücksendung und gegebenenfalls kaputte Gegenstände in Rechnung gezogen die ich NIE in Händen hielt! Ich bin ausser mir und frage mich nur WIE sowas in Europa gemacht werden darf. Ich hoffe wirklich das Paypal mir da hilft und ich mein Geld ( vollständig zurückbekomme. 123€ ist sehr viel Geld für mich und war nur durch Weihnachtsgeld möglich. Das man heutzutage dermassen abgezockt werden kann obwohl man erfahrener Onlinekäufer ist , ist mir unverständlich. BITTE KAUFT DORT NICHT EIN. Ich habe auch gedacht das mir das nicht passiert, nachdem ich die schlechten Bewertungen hier gelesen habe und habe nach Zögern blöderweise doch bestellt. Lernt von meiner Tragödie ( wenn es das einzigste ist was ich davon lerne ausser dem Verlust von sehr viel Geld ). Hoffentlich wird der Laden bald verboten.

I will not give more stars, because I ordered medicines from Carethy.eu on July 16 and the package arrived after a month (August 19) 🤯
The description said that the package was supposed to be less than 2 weeks by express shipping.
Plus: there was no problem contacting Carethy.eu by e-mail.
Minus: long-awaited package from Europe!!!!

I am sorry to have to give One star, but i had to give a star so I could write a review.I bought a face cream, facial oil and eye creme from Darphin and got a package with a handcreme and serum. I tried to get a refund, send the package back. In order to do that I had to fill a form .... written i spanish and couldn't get one in english. They offered me points equivalent to 80 euro ( I purchased for 175 euro) so I could buy some more items from Carethy. HOW ABOUT SENDING WHAT I ACTUALLY PAID FOR ???!!!!

Never buy from this store, it's really a scam. Sells everything and anything, the site is poorly translated and they scammed me:
I bought some food supplements, they took 4 weeks to be SHIPPED, while it announces 1 week of delays, I contacted them and they never, ever answered except the time I started to be threatening.
When the package arrived, it wasn't what I ordered, it's been 5 months, they never refunded me and it was a pretty big sum
Look at the other reviews, they all say the same

It is so bad that I have to cancel a order in this channel?! No reply from customer support at all.
