I reply to Carethy, they don't want to give me the money back. No solution to this by them. I want my money. Any help for this? I WANT MY MONEY.

Ware bezahlt und NIE erhalten - KEINE RÜCKZAHLUNG!
Auf NACHFRAGE hieß es, das Produkt sei nicht lieferbar... Das Geld habe ich NIE zurück bekommen. Ich habe mehrmals nachgefragt und jetzt sogar mit rechtlichen Schritten gedroht - NICHTS.
Ich werde nun dieses Unternehmen als kriminelles Unternehmen (Internetkriminalität) polizeilich melden.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are complete scammers. It's a con. I should have looked here first but I didn't, which is so unlike me. I was desperate for a product that is hard to get hold of. I ordered 6th March 2024 and they never sent it. I contacted them after the 12 working days delivery deadline asking where it was. They never replied. They eventually replied yesterday after I informed my credit card company about it. They tried to make out they will refund in 'points' that you can use on their website. Which obviously you'd never be able to use of receive any items. Just immoral scum of the earth. Total scam. They are trying to do everything not to refund it to my account. Complete con!!!

I have placed my order 8th December 2023 and did not received my order. I have asked for refund but they are not responding to my email. Absolutely disgusting.

I ordered weeks ago and still did not receive my order

ESTAFA! Me cobran un producto que compré en noviembre y no llega porque resulta que no hay stock, pero no te avisan. Me ofrecen la devolución del dinero y no me ha la han hecho!! Además ahora ni contestan....

Ordered products in November 2023.

There have been long delays in them even replying to my e-mails. They finally admitted they were out of stock and had not even tried to deliver my order.

They promised a refund on January 3, 2024. I am still waiting..

PS Why can't we give a Zero Star rating?

me cobran un producto que no van a enviar porque no tienen stock aunque en su página sigue a la venta, muchos días intentando contactar con ellos a través del formulario de su página y sigo esperando respuesta, ahora a ver cuanto tardan en devolverme el dinero

Commande passée le 9 octobre. Livraison prévue sous 5 jours. Le 18 novembre 2023 pas de produit livré. 3 demandes restées sans réponse.

Сделала заказ 5 сентября, обещали доставку через 3-6 дней. Я ждал почти месяц! На письма никто не ответил! Через месяц наконец ответили и согласились отменить заказ с обещанием вернуть деньги в течение максимум 14 дней! Прошел 21 день, деньги не возвращены, на письма не отвечают! Обманщик!

This is just terrible. I ordered something and never got it. Tried to get My money back.. they kept turning me around. You will get it next week and the week after.. and the week after...now it's been over two months. They stopped replying my emails. It's a SCAM y'all

Eine Frechheit, ich habe meine Ware bezahlt und nach mehr als 14 Tagen ist der Status immer noch der gleiche. Nach einigen Mails KEINE REAKTION

FINGER WEG, unseriös und Unprofessionell!!!

Habe bei der Seite ein Shampoo und einen Conditioner bestellt, da die Preise viel günstiger dafür waren, als auf anderen Seiten. Naja vor über einer Woche sollte das Paket eigentlich angekommen, aber bisher nichts, habe den Kundenservice kontaktiert und immer noch keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Habe leider zuspät die Bewertung für diese Seite gesehen, sonst hätte ich mir den fehlkauf womöglich ersparen können.
Mein Geld habe ich auch nicht zurückbekommen.
