Career Confidence helps clients showcase their unique military experience and translate military jargon into a language that civilians can understand to ensure they stand out among other candidates. Her team of primarily veterans, military spouses, and military brats are dedicated to helping military service members transition into the civilian workforce. has worked with both enlisted and officers from every military branch and across a wide range of Military Occupational Specialty (MOS). And they are dedicated to helping military service members transition into the civilian workforce. They say business isn’t personal, but in my case, it is (in the best way possible!). A bit about me—I started my Career Confidence after being a military brat. I wanted to serve those who have spent most of their lives serving this great country and world.

Very Satisfied Customer
I contacted career confidence to refresh my resume and be a more competitive candidate on opportunities I applied to. Cassie and her team were quick to respond, provided interactive feedback while drafting the document as well as reviewing my LinkedIn profile. I am very pleased with the results and have referred Career Confidence to 2 colleagues who I know will benefit from her expertise.

From the moment I started working with…
From the moment I started working with Cassie’s team I knew I was in the right hands! They had a wealth of experience to provide for transitioning military to civilian and help ease my obvious and honest concerns to help remind me, I can use my experience and time spent in the military and add value to any organization. They kept to their timelines and communicated often. I’m so glad I used their service and often take the time to recommend to my fellow transitioning members about the experience I had with Cassie and Career Confidence.
