I recently had an interview Prep session followed by a Mock interview with Ian and it was wonderful, gave me confidence and belief I was a valid candidate. Yesterday I got word that I was being offered the job. I am delighted. Thank you Thank you Thank you

To say Ian was an immensely insightful and excellent help would still be an understatement. Ian was exceptionally pleasant, personable and impactful in not only helping me formulate a viable career path (just in first session), but provided critically useful advice on how to tailor my CV for my career goal. I cannot recommend Ian and the wider TCC services enough. Worth every penny and every second. My only regret is not contacting them sooner!

I was hesitant at first, 30 days sounded too good to be true. But here I am, three weeks later, with a new job offer and a massive confidence boost. The Career Coach is the real deal. So glad I joined when I did!

Thoughts:

Honestly was an absolute waste of money.

Thought the facilitator seemed like a nice person but that’s the only positive.

Felt the whole process from start to finish felt purely transactional with no real care or interest if it was a good service.
Tried and made all changes by facilitator with zero and I mean zero difference. Didn’t even get one interview.
As someone who has a wealth of experience in my industry and sector (30 years) I have a huge amount of talent and skills, but the advice given by your people was basic at best.
Felt you could have partnered me with someone slightly more experienced as somebody with 30 years' experience and somebody with 3 years' experience are probably looking for different things/approaches.
Didn't even do session 4 (interview prep) as rather pointless considering the service itself did not lead to even 1 interview
Hugely disappointing as put a lot of time into researching the right career coach and your website made lots of positive statements but your service was mediocre at best.

ADDENDUM:
Got an email from the Delivery manager on Friday saying he wanted to chat with me because I had given a negative review, His email read verbatim --> "I really appreciate the feedback it's not something we are used to hearing, but nesesscary to hear if this is your honest opinion. I would like to rectify this issue, would you be available for a call next Tuesday?"

I replied to him straight away with a time to talk on Tuesday. Today is Friday ---> still waiting for that call.

Not exactly a good omen...

The career coach has been extremely helpful in showcasing my transferable skills and encouraging me to explore roles I hadn’t considered before. I’ve really enjoyed my sessions with Ian, and his feedback on my CVs and applications has been invaluable. Where do I start

Misleading discounts shown on website.- show sizeable discounts on their products but it goes against consumer protections (ccpc 2022)
When I raised this, they said it didn’t pertain to them as it’s digital/service sales. They then remove the discounts on their website.

Communication-
My coach went silent on me for weeks, it was put down to a tech issue.

Refunds-
They don’t do them

Product-
They don’t have the customers best interest at heart is the biggest thing I’ve taken from this.
The initial pitch is a heavily scripted, trained to counter objections, sales person. It feels manipulative.

While I was given guidance on a pay rise , your statement is misleading. There was a blanket company wide increase, and I was looking on how to push for more. While I was given advice, I didn’t get a further raise. Your comment suggests that it was because of the CC I got an increase, this is not true and don’t appreciate your misinformation.
