Career Confidence Recensioni

Great work on behalf of Cassie and her team. I was really impressed with the end product. First time I used her revamped resume on a job posting I instantly received an email for an interview.

Paid $800 for the resume service that was to include a master resume, LinkedIn revamp and a targeted resume. I had to email multiple times to get the LindedIn revamp and also email multiple times for the targeted resume. I got responses for the LinkedIn and she did the revamp but I never got a response for the targeted resume. The targeted resume is what I really wanted but she never got back to me after multiple attempts.

Ms Cassie Hatcher is an outstanding resume and professional social media writer. She took my 20 years of military service and transcribed my experience relative to the civilian industry. Tha k you Cassie

Cassie’s resume was a total game changer. I just accepted a six figure Director role, and no doubt her work helped me get there. The resume template delivered real results, I had three strong interviews for Director and Deputy Director roles with military tech companies, all offering remote and travel flexibility. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, even recruiters and staffing agencies have complimented on the layout and content. As someone new to the civilian job search, I really appreciated Cassie’s guidance throughout the process. Having a job before I've even retired is a such a relief for me and my family, I can’t recommend Career Confidence enough!

"Trusting Cassie Hatcher and Career Confidence has been one of the most impactful investments in my career journey. Right from our first interaction, Cassie's influence was remarkable—her transparency, professionalism, and expertise stood out. She didn't simply provide a resume; she crafted a compelling, customized career tool that propelled me to swiftly land a second interview for a Safety Management role. The results speak volumes!

I appreciated her honesty and willingness to address my concerns, especially when I received vague feedback on LinkedIn. She reassured me and provided detailed explanations, proving that she had my back every step of the way. The resume and LinkedIn optimization exceeded my expectations, and Cassie’s integrity and insight helped me steer clear of predatory “reviewers” just trying to sell services.

On top of that, she was flexible with payment terms when life threw a curveball, something that speaks volumes about her character and commitment to her clients.

If you’re on the fence, trust me, 5 stars across the board. Cassie is the real deal.

Career Confidence with Cassie is phenomenal. The first place I submitted my resume I got an interview! Not only that, the recruiter gave me multiple kudos and compliments on my resume. Highly recommend and I’ve been sending my colleagues and friends to her for their resume needs.

Cassie is a life saver for the busy veteran who is trying to take of themself while still stay dedicated to the job. With a few email exchanges, she established an unbelievably easy portal for engagements and status updates - a tremendous relief for someone already balancing multiple accounts and log-in information.
With her expert knowledge, there was very little explanations needed from me...Cassie knew how to read a FITREP and a SOA and translate it into clear and concise corporate speak. We went from draft to final copy in only three revisions and I could not be more pleased with the experience and the product!

Cassie did an excellent job in collecting info about background and experience and generating an executive level resume that I can be proud of. This is money well spent!

Prior to registering Career Confidence I attended several resume classes, completed a master resume, 7 targeted resumes, a federal resume, and hit a wall with filtered AI GPT functions to translate my career experience through LLM’s. Since then I have received one on one support from Cassie to optimize my LinkedIn profile, my resume, and navigate the applicant tracking system with desirable skills that translate into a language for more networking opportunities. I am excited that I also have an interactive dashboard for up to one year to tailor my targeted resume for future roles.

Cassie and her team did a fantastic job creating a professional tailored resume that highlights my skills and achievements far better than I could have ever done on my own. With a competitive job market standing out is key and what she offers is that edge to stand out in a sea of resumes to recruiters.

Contacting Cassie and her team for a professional resume is a no brainer and a decision I’d make over and over again! As I finish 20 years in the Army, I thought I knew what right looks like… turns out I was a bit ( A LOT) off. There are many free resume resources out there, but I quickly learned that you get what you pay for. Not only did they provide me an absolute GREAT resume, I was taught how to use it, taught how to translate my military experience into an understandable language, and I must mention the feedback I’ve since received has been AMAZING. The amount of resources available to their clients is unbelievable! Thank you so much for being so pivotal in my next chapter!

I cannot recommend Career Confidence highly enough for anyone looking to give their career a significant boost. Thanks to their exceptional resume help, LinkedIn optimization, and invaluable job-hunting tips, I confidently applied for positions that truly matched my skills and ambitions. Recently, I secured a position as an LST Instructor, a role I’m incredibly excited about, and I know I wouldn’t have achieved this without their expert guidance.

The formatting and presentation of my resume not only received compliments but also gave me a deeper understanding of my true professional value. Loving the final product, I am already planning to get another tailored resume for future opportunities. Moreover, the possibility of a resume blast to various companies has been a game-changer, and I am eager to utilize this service again. The team's attention to detail and their client-focused approach deserve more than just a 5-star review. I look forward to continuing my professional journey with Career Confidence by my side!"
