We provide paperless online applications via the DBS e-Bulk application interface, which eliminates errors and results in faster turnaround times for both DBS applications and DBS Adult First Checks. Our e-Bulk service is completely paperless and has revolutionised the way our clients process their DBS applications because no longer do forms need to be sent out and no signatures are required. Our Basic level applications are requested via the Disclosure Scotland B2B portal, again resulting in a much faster turnaround on results. Always an excellent service
We have been using Care Check since 2020 and we can't fault their service. We had to escalate an application this week and the team were incredibly helpful and did all that was needed. Would really recommend them to other organisations who require a professional service.

Everything went well with completion of the online application.... Easy even for me.
Sarah who advised and assisted with the final stage of verifying whether or not an enhanced dbs was required couldn't have been more helpful... A real star. So a huge thank you for making it so trouble free.... didn't have to resort to paracetamols😂

Brilliant service
I have recently applied for an enhanced DBS check through care check. I had a few questions regarding the process and Ben Leaver, one of the advisors was exceptional. Swift and very helpful responses. I will use them again in the future, no doubt.
