Mixed experience
Didn't get a response to my email/website inquiry and when I followed up with them I was told that they largely work in Victoria so weren't sure if they could help me with my Sydney inquiry. Calling themselves 'Australia's leading aged care experts' seems quite misleading. I also got a follow up text message saying that “…most of the aged care homes we work with in NSW are privately funded rather than government funded.” This also seems to narrow the pool of offerings. They subsequently replied once the review was posted and seemed keen to help (but I’d already done my own research by this stage).
