Could of sent advised me about more…
Could of sent advised me about more than one provider. I only was sent info about one. That one turned put to be not a good fit. No follow up call to see how I was going in selecting a provider either. Some other platforms sent me info about several providers and followed up with a call to see how it was all going

As our team followed up with you to check-in, we soon learned that the scheduled callback was not actioned by the provider. We attempted to mediate the matter with both yourself and the provider by way of rebooking, but fast realised, your state of disappointment outweighed the possibility of this solution.

The lady by the name of Michelle whom I spoke to was very explicit in advising me to self manage & recommended and arranged a teleconference for my husband and I with a Care provider. The "support partner" rang me and in turn was excellent in itemising in an email all the necessary steps I should be taking to transition from our current care provider to the new one. A good experience and hopefully all will go well with the transition.
