Service Top! Producten Top! Voorbeeld voor vele anderen.
Ik koop regelmatig op cardetail.be en iedere keer weer wordt ik aangenaam verrast door de goede service en de kleine extraatjes die aan de bestelling wordt toegevoegd. De eerste keer dat ik wou bestellen kon ik gewoon bij hun terecht in het atelier, ik was op zoek naar heel wat spullen, na de goede uitleg kocht ik een hogedrukreiniger, 2 poliermachines en nog een koffer vol producten, goed voor meer dan 2000 euro, maar ik had wel net de best mogelijke service gekregen, inclusief uitleg over ieder product en een werkwijze voor het beste resultaat. Sindsdien bestel ik met regelmaat nieuwe producten, mijn auto's staan iedere week blinkend op de oprit en recent kocht ik nog een droogblazer bij. Ook daarbij weer goede service, bovendien besteld en de dag nadien geleverd.
Topzaak, en in tegenstelling tot een aantal arrogante concurrenten, is dit een echte aanrader.
