One small hiccup after fitting the boss rang to enquire about problem and sent the installer, a nice fella, the next day to sort it. Overall a great service from Cygnal. Would recommend to anyone anytime. 🙂🙂👏

Jeep Compass - Dash cam installation (Nextbase 322GW)

The organisation of the job was great. I made an enquiry online and received a phonemail same day to speak about what I wanted doing. The installation was arranged for NEXT DAY i.e enquiry to installation in under 24 hours - brilliant (please note: they also supplied the dash cam too). Very punctual and information was provided all throughout this initial process. Payment was made the morning of installation over the phone.

On the day - the engineer from CYGNAL LTD was excellent. He was polite, chatty, jolly. He was really informative whilst doing the installation and nothing was too much of a problem.

The work itself: fab! Really neat work so the dash cam was installed into my car without wires everywhere, which was exactly what I wanted. He connected it to my phone for me and told me the app required.
He left me with no questions to ask (always a good sign) and no worries that the job done was not sufficiently.

Very professional and I will be using again. Big thumbs up from me.

I required a new dashcam and after a quick search found Cygnal Installations on the web. Did a bit of investigating and decided to try them.
The engineer and day were booked and paid for and the whole experience was a pleasure. The engineer was friendly and knowledgeable and completed the task without problems. Great camera and over the moon with the service provided. Give them a go.

Got a reverse camera fitted to my X6, very friendly and helpful staff did a first class job of the install.
Camera developed a fault about 8 weeks after install spoke with Emma, with in days the problem was fixed with new camera. Again nothing was a problem very pleased I went with cygnal highly recommend.

Excellent job by a very pleasant fitter. Great value when compared with larger outfits. He came to the house and fitted front and rear dashcams quickly and efficiently.

Nextbase dash cam installed on my Skoda Octavia. Very good service, helpful on the phone to direct me to make camera choice and home installation booked and completed within 2/3 days.

Had a Blackvue 750S-2CH hardwired into my car as well as the 'Pro-Magic' module to protect against a flat battery. It was fitted in about an hour (outside of my home), at a price I was happy to pay. The technician was polite, courteous and very efficient. After installation he was prepared to explain the full workings of the system (this was unnecessary as I had the same camera in my previous car). My appointment was booked with ease at a time that suited me (thanks Emma). My overall experience with the company was great. Would recommend and certainly use them again.

From first contact with Emma to dashcam been fitted was very professional, the fitter called me to say he would be there in 15 minutes and he was. 45 minutes later he was showing me how the dashcam worked even showed me how to setup the app on the phone, Very grateful for a professional service.

I have now used Cygnal 3 times. All I can say is that from getting advice on what was the right product, though the booking of an appointment, to the actual fitting, the service from Cygnal was excellent.

Very pleased with the service... from booking the appointment for them to come to my home and install rear parking sensors they kept me informed about the product..the installer turned up on time and did a great job and was very quick...if you didn't know you would have thought the sensors fitted were standard...very clean tidy and no hassles... would definitely recommend them to everyone

A great service and prompt response from Emma when booking initially and when plans had to change as the fitter was running late. The appointment also took into account the bad weather that had been forecast. The fitter arrived promptly and gave me a call with an arrival time in advance. I was originally going to have a front and rear camera fitted but was informed that my particular car would have DAB issues if the rear camera was fitted. I received a prompt refund on what I had paid. I appreciated the honesty that a rear camera would cause me problems. A great and very flexible service.

I contacted Carcomms via their website & expressed interest to supply and fit a dash cam. I was then given great advice on products available with a cost relating to my enquiries from Emma, who was very polite & efficient. An installation date was agreed & without any hassle whatsoever I had my front and rear dash cams fitted by one of Carcomms mobile auto electricians, who again was very well mannered & knowledgable of the product. Faultless service!!
