The representative of the company was really helpful with setting up a B2B account and leading us through the process. The diamonds that arrived to our place some time after that (within promised time period) were wonderful, better than in the pictures online.

I found Carateu through Reddit while i was searching for a diamond to make a ring. Raiha made the whole procedure as easy as it can be and i felt i was in the right hands from the start! I was a bit overwhellmed at first as i was not sure what to look exactly. They asked for all the details i was looking and presented me with their best product they could offer in my budget. That for me is a 10/10 customer service. They also provided me with more photos and videos when requested, which was greatly apreciated and the shipping was fast and w/o any problems. Prices are a big plus also as they seem to be as competitive as posible to EU region, All in all this was fast,easy and great experiance and i highly recomend to choose them for your next diamond purchase.

I ordered a diamond and it arrived exactly as described, in perfect condition and well packaged. Unfortunatelly I had to send the diamond back due to personal changes. However I would like to emphasize, that also the refund process worked out very smooth!
