So easy to book, and quick turnaround. Great thorough report. Definitely worth the money for peace of mind.

I was able to get an inspection at short notice, and the inspector called me after to explain some of the issues that wouldn't have had the same impact just from the report.
Would happily use them again, and recommend to others.

Although the inspection could not proceed on the original day due to a miscommunication regarding timing, they completed the inspection the following day and provided a comprehensive and detailed report.
As constructive feedback, I would recommend including the agreed inspection time on the invoice or payment confirmation. This could help avoid misunderstandings and provide accountability for both parties.
I also believe customers would appreciate receiving a simple SMS or email notification when the inspector arrives on site and again when the inspection is completed, along with an estimated timeframe for receiving the report. This would help buyers communicate and negotiate with sellers in a more timely and informed manner.
Overall, a professional service with thorough reporting, and I would happily consider using them again.

Friendly service and easy to organise.
This service was so helpful for understanding whether the car was a good buy or not.
In my case the report came back noting a few expensive repairs that would need done. I decided not to go ahead with the purchase.
I believe that CarAssure has saved me thousands of dollars and also spared me lots of stress.
I highly recommend this business if you are not mechanically minded and don't have access to the diagnostic tools etc.

Aly inpected the car the same day, was very thorough and polite to the seller. The report came through later that afternoon complete with photographs of everything, every little scratch and information about the car. Aly followed up with a conversation explaining what he had found and provided additional photographs of specific things I asked for. Great work, very professional. 5 stars.

Mechanic produced a thorough report informing me about whether or not to purchase the car. Cost of inspection is reasonable compared to other similar companies.

The Guy (Ali I think) that did the inspection was fantastic and friendly explained every little thing about the car well worth the money I would gladly recommend him and CarAssure pre purchase car inspection to everyone and if I ever need to buy another car I would use them.
