Thorough prompt and efficient. Friendly team, $250 for an hour long in depth PPI. With pictures and proper equipment. Test driven, listened to the engine and wheels going slow. Very knowledgeable team. I booked the same day but second time they were booked out that day, could see me the next day. Not surprised as they are well worth the wait and A1 service. Treated me like a customer and the intended car was their duty to comb through any issues before buying. From the booking to the service, all very professional.

CarAssure were great to deal with for a recent pre-purchase inspection. They identified several issues that would have likely not have occurred during the 3 month Qld statutory warranty and would probably cost several thousand to resolve in 6-12 months time. They were also really flexible in timing to perform the inspection as the dealer get changing the agreed time. A great experience.

Slight problem with booking, was told it was glitch with the computer system. The report was of high standard.

I cant inspect the car in person , i was completely reliant on this inspection when making my decision to purchase or not and the detailed response i received surpasses my own judgment making it better than if i were inspecting
