My Honest Experience with CaptchaAI

Honestly, CaptchaAI really surprised me in a good way.
I’ve always had a hard time dealing with CAPTCHAs, and it was getting frustrating, but then a friend told me about CaptchaAI. I gave the 7-day free trial a shot, and to be honest, I didn’t expect it to work this well.

The results were solid, accurate, and it’s actually the most affordable option I’ve come across so far. Plus, I haven’t seen any other CAPTCHA solver that gives a full 7-day trial like this.

I’m genuinely happy with it and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and cost-effective solution.

Captcha AI is a huge disappointment and bad support

Captcha AI is a huge disappointment. The service itself is unreliable, but the worst part is their support. I’ve been waiting for over a week for a solution to my issue, and they still haven’t fixed it. Their responses (if they even reply) are slow and unhelpful.

If you’re looking for a reliable captcha-solving service, stay away from this one. I do not recommend it to anyone.

I hate to leave a bad review but I hope CaptchaAI will act on this feedback. I tried over and over to get them to answer some questions but their live chat told me to create an issue, but the ticket system doesn't accept images. The Live Chat support said they added my images as a note to the ticket system, but the support people who reply to my tickets said they have no images. Ultimately they told me to use a system like imgur to upload my images and send them links. It's ridiculous how much additional time and effort they expect from customers when rather than doing the right thing taking a little effort themselves to ensure customer success.
