Never received
Never received! FedEx said they delivered and had a picture, but I never got! So now I’m just out. Have ordered many times and never had a problem, but now I’m out the money. Can’t afford to order again so I’m out the product and money!

I take my 3rd dose this Tuesday and Im so glad I am using Bliv. From the time I did my intake I was treated professionally and not harassed with sales calls which I noticed with a few companies. I like to comparison shop and since Bliv wasnt begging me to order like the others, I bought a 3 month dosage plan . The price is amazing . I also love their support group too. So far Ive lost 4 pounds after 2 weeks. I have copd and I am on oxygen so weight loss is hard for me to achieve. I have alittle more self confidence and Im sure I chose the right company. Not helpful with promotion
I like the fact that Bliv is the only site that I've come across that accepts Care Credit as a payment option. However, when I noticed afterward discount/promotion code was offered right after I placed my order and reached out to customer service for a the discount to be applied or even offer a credit toward my next order for the inconvenience, they did not try to assist me. They told me to basically use a code the next time I order. That's TERRIBLE customer service!

Do not recommend!
Signing up was easy and medication shipped fast, but arrived late and medication was not at appropriate temperature. Customer service refused to replace or refund. They refused to let me talk to a provider. Spoke with pharmacist and they said ok to use medication but had no stability or sterility data to support that.

Medication packaging and temperature handling are managed by the licensed pharmacy, and we rely on their guidance regarding safety and usability. They do provide a pamphlet in each order that contains all of the data necessary to properly explain the product you received. Once an order has been fulfilled, we are unable to replace or refund it, without pharmacy approval; which was denied in this case.
