Brought a van to Captain Seats had a rock and roll bed fitted and the front seats replaced, fantastic service, efficient, quick and very friendly. The quality is fantastic I can't recommend them enough.

This is the second set of seats and bed that I’ve had from Captain Seats. Really good quality of work and they fit everything in a matter of minutes and you’re on your way. Definitely recommend if you’re converting or just wanting to upgrade your standard seats

We visited to upholster the seats and a rock and roll bed in our new T6.1. We swapped the front seats to two captain’s seats and couldn’t be happier with the quality and comfort.
We opted for nappa leather with alcantara inserts, super comfortable and wipe clean for those mucky van walks!
Cannot recommend Captains Seat enough.

When originally fitted the seats looked good and i was happy to see they were as shown on the website, that is the last time i was happy with them. Firstly on the way home from fitting a squeek appeared and a rattle that were beyond any bed like this i have ever heard, and it only got worse. I immediately spoke to them and the only solution was to just bring it back, having traveled 6 hours already and heading further away that evening i couldn't so was unable to do so. Since then the seat has gotten louder if anything and also has rusted on the hinges at the top which shows in the seated position. The fabric, although good looking initially, is not very hard wearing and in less than 9 months has scuffs and marks from back pocket buttons. Also when i was replacing the brakes on the van i discovered that when they fitted the bed they didn't remove the plastic under tray, just cut holes in it! there are holes cut and bolts cut out to make this as fast for them as possible at the cost of my vehicle. The only solution offered is just bring it back and they will stop the squeak, no replacement frame no other offers. There is no way a frame should be this noisy on day 1 of all things and all you can do is make the long drive back if you are unhappy, the cost of the drive alone means a few too many squeeks and you might as well buy more expensive. While the rib beds are more expensive i will gladly pay more next time to have a vehicle that doesn't scream at you as you drive.

Basically they are a very pretty seat and it looks great on day 1, but not worth the time and cost given how its made and installed.

EDIT: i was told i should sell the bed privately if im not happy as they offer no support other than bringing it back, nor any replacement frame. Terrible customer service.

The plastic undertray is cut squarely and directly beneath the mounting plates, this was not there before and is in no way related to any work i would have had done on the vehicle. Claiming it was not you is a blatant lie. Regarding your point about trying to get me booked in, No i tried to rectify the problem and living in ireland you only offered me a return which is clearly not possible. I also asked if there was a way i could fix the issue which you ignored at the time.

I regularly buy seats from captain seat and they are always spot on to deal with and great quality products

Just recently had new seats from Captains Seat for my T5. They look amazing, really comfy and I was helped by Danny throughout the process who offered great advice on the style to suit my van.

Took the long drive from Southend to captain seat today, well worth it. The rock n roll bed and matching front seats are superb , great quality . All done in under half an hour, I can’t praise them enough . Great customer service. Thanks to all at captain seats A+++

Absolutely amazing service. I had mechanical problems with my van just before the seats were meant to be fitted and the guys at captain seat were so understanding, moved the date for me and now they have been fitted to the highest standards. I love my seats, would recommend anyone.

From enquiring asking simple questions to finalising details, the guys and girls and captain seat were brilliant, and there excellence continued right till the end when I dropped my van down, saw my seats and bed for the first time and had them fitted. Great communication, professional, welcoming and accommodating. Well worth the 300 mile round trip!

Excellent product, extremely well made. I had an item from stock so can't really comment on lead times but was fitted on appointment efficiently and cleanly within the hour.
My only criticism would be the customer waiting area (literally 2 wooden chairs in a windowed shed) for the money I was spending I would have least liked a coffee!
