I am not trying to be a troublemaker, but I have difficulty getting Capson to pick-up my phone call or call me back after I leave a message. This is not for a crisis; just when trying to make routine enquiries.
The doctor that referred me to Capson also said Capson is shutting down/going bankrupt- I have received no written notice; I can't get through by phone. I just assume I still have medical practice insurance.
Otherwise, the price is phenomenal!!! unbeatable!!!.

I truly appreciate you taking the time out of your busy day to provide a review! However, I am trouble by your factualy incorrect and completely unfounded statements in your review. I highly encourage you to call me directly to discuss the terrible information you were given regarding the financial stability and future here at Capson. The contrary to your assertions above are actually the truth. Capson is on track in 2018 to have a record breaking year of growth including our closed claims and numerous trial wins in favor of our insureds.
I am truly sorry that you were given this sort of misinformation. I am sure that type of news was troubling and stressful to say the least!!
