SCAM
One of the worst service provider, they're probably in the wrong industry as they provide such a bad service.
Their capsolver has been down for forever; I tried out a few keys(10-15 solvers); They charged me according to 100-120 solvers as most of them failed but I was still charged for it.
That's not even the worst part; It has just stopped working now and they won't even respond to live chat or refund for the amount pending in credits; because obv. knowing they can't deliver the service they make you deposit a minimum balance to begin with.

BIG SCAM
I am a developer, and this company is a big scam. They promise to solve hCAPTCHA, but in the background, they steal your money. Imagine, for 10 hCAPTCHAs, they charge you for over 300 requests, and they fake the success rate as well. You will be charged even if they couldn't resolve the CAPTCHA. I have been in this field for years now, and this is one of the worst CAPTCHA resolver providers.
To make matters worse, they won't even give you a refund. Their support is useless and lacks technical knowledge. After weeks of back-and-forth, they will tell you that they will pass the information to their developers, but then they won't respond at all.
BIG SCAM! AVOID DEALING WITH THIS WEBSITE! They are time wasters and money wasters!!!

I bought some credits to try out capsolver for my use case and for some reason the website's captcha had issues and capsolver was not really working for me and I contacted the support staff via discord and they were really helpful and issued me a refund - I will recommend this service highly, they are legit people and refunded my money!

i was building an automation script in nodejs using Playwright to automate social media account creation.
this came in REALLY handy. I tried some other services like 2captcha which simply didnt work/were simply bad and not solving.
i simply installed the JS extension they made on my Playwright browser in the script and it worked like a charm.

Not impressed.
Browser extension fails to properly assign solved captchas to the input elements, with support@ never responding to a bug report. I was able to patch this issue myself in the Javascript code.
But the service fails to solve even simple Image2Text captchas, such as G5VXW - it fails 4 out of 5 times.
Still usable, but I found more reliable & performant options by now.

The location and principles of each captcha type are different. Similarly, Image2Text encompasses a wide range of image types, and we will do our best to cover as many types as possible. If you encounter an unsupported image, please feel free to contact us for support, and our team will respond quickly.
nothing works, support doesnt exist.
So we bought their service, we wanted to solve FunCaptchas, their SDK has non-existent documentation, somehow I tried their Python SDK and it throws errors all the time even though I submitted all required parameters.
Their browser extension doesnt work on any captchas even those text captchas.
We submitted several support requests and we never got response.
