We had our solar panel system fitted over 3 years ago and have not had a single problem. From the moment we made inquiries to the installation Caplor energy was very polite and easy to talk to and have been since. Quality system and excellent pricing we would highly recommend Caplor Energy.

Caplor installed an Air Source Heat Pump for us, in particular, a Mitsubishi Ecodan. It's a complicated thing to install, made more difficult by our old and complicated house. I would be lying if I said it was all plain sailing! Despite this, Caplor were always attentive and willing to listen and help. We worked through the problems together and reach a conclusion that, as the customer, I've very happy with. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Excellent service from the engineer in diagnosing and fixing a problem with the inverter. Professional and friendly staff once the job was underway. Initially had problems with telephone contact and failure to return my call. Rather expensive.

Our dealings were last year at the end of the pandemic phase 1 and that made things very difficult for you. On site your folks were excellent but it could be difficult getting responses from your office.

If you want to make advances in green energy and you want a helpful guiding company look no further than Caplor. They help you from start to finish without pressure selling. You feel that a family of experts are guiding you along the journey. I had wanted to start this journey a few years back but was hesitant but Caplor never put any pressure on us.
I believe that the choice of the Ecodan 14KW is perfect for our home. The team were professional in the installation.
If I had a criticism, and it’s a small one, it would be they try too hard to match your wishes when maybe they should suggest how the system could work even better for you. So maybe having two zones would have been better than one.
The final bill was as expected so one can trust Caplor to keep to their word.

If you want a company with integrity to take you on a green journey then I can recommend Caplor.

Having just had the install I don’t know what the after sales experience will be like but knowing what I have seen of the team I am optimistic.

Great company to work with, installed a system 8yrs ago still working 100%

We were enthusiastic about an ASHP ( Air source Heat Pump) and Caplor Energy looked impressive on paper. The sales manager ( Mr P P) was polite, turned up promptly and did a brief survey in view of restrictions. The initial information given to us was incorrect, the size of the proposed unit was 40% larger than indicated at inspection ( discovered by our own research) , we were promptly told the total cost and asked for a sizeable deposit ( at least £3,500 before an engineers visit ie - without knowing precisely how, or where the engineers would fit the pipes, what they would have to dig up, drill into and any extra equipment needed). Noise from the unit and pumps was a concern to us, this was not adequately addressed by the sales manager, there was no opportunity to see a unit in action and asses the noise levels ourselves. ( Simply playing the noise of the ASHP on a mobile phone is insufficient) We asked some technical questions and some were answered to be fair , others we were told by the sales manager that he did not know and would find out ( he never got back to us about them ). We researched ourselves and sourced a smaller ( more expensive) and we thought quieter unit ( Daiken) but were told by the salesman that he was not keen on it and it was plastic-ish , we asked politely if we could have at least have quote for this unit to be supplied and fitted by Caplor and never heard again from the company. Subsequently Other companies have supplied a much more thorough assessment ( despite lockdown) explaining the complexities and details of the system including noise levels.

Caplor installed my PV panels 3 years ago and did an excellent job. They are still working well and giving me the expected return. S o pleased with them that they are currently ready to install ASHS. Even with all the current difficulties their service has been The best.

I have had dealings with Gareth before- quoting commercially, so Caplor were first port of call for my domestic project. Very helpful company, answered all of my questions (many, sorry!). Vince and Ian were great on the install, extremely neat, blends in well to the property. Very happy so far with the way the PV and battery work.

From our first email to the final receipt Caplor were fantastic. Every question answered promptly and clearly. As for the work , the gents were brilliant, clean , polite and informative. Any issue they were there ready with an answer and sorted it. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. I will certainly recommend Caplor to friends , family and anyone else needing a recommendation.

Excellent and quick service from Steve and he spent sometime explaining various possible upgrades should we need them.
I was disappointed to have to chase the office both for an appointment and to get a time when Steve was going to arrive. Your communication options could be better clarified.

Excellent contractor, poor sales support, awful project management and no after service at all!

Mitsubishi air source pump good seems reliable and still works after 2.5 years (lot's of teething problems, all sorted by the contractor, not Caplor, they were not bothered!)

However, having a good sub contractor doesn't replace getting a proper service from overpaid and amateur project management and sales staff! (I spent around £16.7k on Air pump and a further £5k on Solar, so I would have expected the sort of service you get when buying a half decent car!)

WE had a failure of the inverter not fitted by Caplor.
Caplor came and sorted it out and were very proffesional. they aslo gav aquote for work on another site which did not go ahead for reasons not to do with Caplor. we have been impressed with their work

Installed a PV solar system and battery, very quick and neat installation at a good price. Came back to install cages around the inverter and battery, also for a very reasonable price

We contracted Caplor to install an Air Source Heat Pump under the Greener Homes Grant. The quote was competitive and I'm pleased to say the final invoice exactly matched the quote. The work has been completed to a high standard, and although they subcontracted, we couldn't fault the knowledge and friendliness of the sub-contractors on site.
Would definitely use Caplor again ahead of some of the bigger companies that advertise nationally.
