The work was contracted out, but the contractor was superb. The job had been done appallingly in the past and badly needed correcting. The electrician made it all compact, tidy, and professional looking. He was carefull and caring and a pleasure to have around the house. Impressed, thanks.

Absolutely awful Company
Took them months to install a Air source heat pump and it has broken down after running just over a year.
They use sub-contractors to do the work and their project management is a nightmare.i was promised a free first service but it was nonexistent. I phoned weeks ago about this but no one called back

This seems to me to be a really good company. The price they quoted was very fair and when the invoice came there were no surprises or hidden extras. They were responsive to my needs regarding the timing of the work and 100% reliable in honouring the arrangements made. The man who came was just so nice! It was a pleasure to have him working at our house. I shall definitely use this company again.

Very impressed with the service we received from Caplor. No fuss, great price and they kept to their word. Fitter's were really nice chaps and not some monosyllabic oiks! They cracked on and hardly stopped all day, very conscientious as well. What I would call a proper outfit who know their solar onions!

I've thrown out the second hand car/double glazing salesmen that appeared as a result of the social media adverts. (I feel sorry for the people who are convinced and succumbed by these people).

When Clive, their Site Surveyor, turned up he was a breath of fresh air; clear, candid, informed and responsive.

The resulting installation was swift, efficient and effective (even though it was the last day of summer). From the survey, through the erection of the scaffolding, physical installation, electrical installation and after sales I'm pleased to say that everything was exemplary.

Contact with the office by phone or 'e' mail was very good & always courteous. The engineer who attended was very polite & communicated in a very easy to understand way. He quickly identified some faults on our Air Source Heat Pump system and the corrective actions required.

Good communications and excellent staff who were dealing with old solar panels whose original installer was no longer in business. We received some very useful advice.
