I was pleasantly surprised by the willingness to accommodate me to ensure my satisfaction. I had used the sizing chart provided but 2 of the items were tight fitting. I would recommend sizing up on the product. When I requested an exchange for a size up I was immediately accommodated. No hassle. I will definitely continue to buy. The quality was good and lived up to expectations although a little pricier then I usually pay. So all was good except for the sizing.

If you order from this company, order a size larger. Returns are a hassle. I am currently trying to return $150.00 worth of clothing. I emailed them for a RMA number to return, they responded will refund $50.00, keep the clothes. I email back I will return clothes for a full refund, they email back refund $ 75.00 keep clothes. I emailed back no I want a full refund waiting for a response

The item arrived on time and looks great. I get a lot of compliments whenever I wear the top.

Very nice products. Nice quality. The disadvantage is the amount of time it takes to receive delivery updates and the products.

Because I haven't ordered from your company before I was a little concerned about how long it took my item to arrive, but once it was here I was extremely happy and my faith restored. Shipping was a little expensive, but I'm used to FREE shipping with Amazon.

I contacted the company to return three items that did not fit. They offered me $20 to keep the clothes that I paid $97 for. Their next offer was $42 and their final offer was $54. Their website says you need a return authorization number to return items yet their customer service person refuses to give you the number or the address to ship the returns. I filed a claim with my credit card company.

The order arrived on time, and everything was exactly as described. The sizes were true. I've already had compliments!

I have been waiting on two orders since March 26. I will not be buying from them again!m

Wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering from this company. It took 25 days to receive my order (3/21/26 to 4/13/26) after asking them to cancel cause the event I ordered for was approaching. Once came I wanted to return because of the bad customer service and untimely delivery, they said they wouldn’t take the return. When their website clearly states on returns for personal reasons that the consumer has to pay which I was willing to do…however; they would guarantee my refund. So please people…there are other American stores to order or buy from… do not give these people anymore of your money!

I ordered 2 dresses, both the same size. One fit and was cute,the other was too small. The fabric is pretty cheap, but the price reflects that. Both were woven so no give in the fit. The problem is with communicating with the company for a return. They wanted to bargain with me on a dollar amount, beginning with $8- for a dress that cost $43. They kept coming back with a higher dollar amount in small increments. It was ridiculous. I finally agreed on $23 and not return the dress. So, I won’t buy from them again. I can’t do online ordering if I can’t return because of fit.

Product had good quality. I have wanted to order additional items, but was waiting for the first to come and see how it was. I will definitely order again.

I love their clothes! But you need to be aware that shipping is slow. So be prepared for that. Fit true to size.

If I could give this company a ZERO I would! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I ordered four items on March 9, 2026. I accidentally ordered 3 of one of the items and notified immediately by email of the error. After three emails, they removed the extra two items. By March 25, after several inquiries regarding the status of the order, i was informed that two items were ready to ship and two were not. I was given the option to cancel the items not ready, and receive a refund for them. They shipped the other two items and when i finally received them, one item was fine, but the other was damaged and NOT AT ALL as it appeared on site! I contacted them again this same date and eventually was offered $3, then $6, then $9 for the 20.99 item. When I refused and demanded full refund they told me to return item at my expense! I will dispute with my credit card company! WHAT A HASSLE!
