The jacket is great but I wish that shipping was quicker. I did not realize that it was coming from China otherwise I would probably not have bought

I ordered a coat on March 3 2026. I never received an email with the order number therefore I have no # to give you. I was charged in my Discover card in that date and still have not received my coat. Please can you tell me what I need to do to get either the coat or my money

My package was delivered to the wrong address. Capatee stated I must work it out through Speedx.io. The delivery company autogenerates a message that they will respond in 24 to 48 hours. 10 days later I have still not heard from them. Capatee customer service department has given me an invalid phone number and an invalid email address for the delivery company. I paid for items I did not receive and have requested a refund on multiple occasions, without success. I would never use this company again. You too might pay for items you never receive.

Order came quickly. Love the vibrant top. Nice material, size true, comfortable.

None of the items I received were even close to size. Poor fabric. Pictures of merchandise are not accurate. I am trying to return items...we will see how that goes. Id avoid Capatee at all costs!

The items that I purchased did not fit. When I sent an email and asked them for their address to return the items they offered me $20 and to keep the items. They would not give me their address and it isn’t on the packaging. This place is sketchy.

My order was delivered to the wrong address, then nothing fits when trying to schedule a return I was told they would allow me 65.00 credit on a 250.00 order!

I ordered a pants outfit. The top was not even cut right. Outfit was way to small. I asked for a refund and they wanted to give ma $11 when I paid $66.
I told them to keep it. I will never order from them again. Item also looks cheap.plus took a long time to get.

I have sent 2 emails asking for a return label with no response. I did not order the items sent. I normally do not return anything because it is a hassle but these items look cheap and poorly made. I do not recommend this company.
Update: I was charged $97 and they have offered to refund $38 and told me to donate the clothes.
Update: I was finally refunded the cost of the clothes, minus shipping of $17. I also had to pay the shipping to return them, so I am out $34 but at least I got a refund. Lesson learned—I do not recommend this company.

I just received my order in timely manner and I’m very pleased with everything. I ordered a pair of capri pants, a short outfit and a dress - all for 108$$$$$!
They all fit and such nice, soft fabric. Thank you Capatee for stylish and affordable clothing!

They do not honor their printed return policy. They want to give you a very small amount of money and have you keep a product that does not fit. They handle this via email, going back and forth with you. Don’t waste your money ordering from this site.

I liked the garments that I ordered and the sizing was correct as I expected from past experience. I did however have to wait a fairly long time before I received an email to say they were waiting on a garment, which they eventually advised me was unavailable.
Return was prompt and I would certainly use them again.

Worst company ever. Dress didn't fit so I tried to return it.. they would not take it back until I forced it. Then when I returned they said they did not get it. I'm now working with ups to see what I can do. What a nightmare. Just want my money back. They got their dress back. Beware of this company.
