4 phone calls & yet to talk to anyone!!! Amazingly long wait times prior to AI telling me they will call back, which they didn't. It's a stretch to call it customer service!!!

Been trying to buy a replacement keypad…

Been trying to buy a replacement keypad for my 84 gun widebody gun safe for several months, these jackasses are zero help, I don't even understand!!! I have two 84 gun widebody safes and the customer service is non-existent. WTF? It ain't like I'm trying to scam a free keypad, I've made it clear that I broke it and I want to purchase a new one but they will not help me. .... Do not buy a cannon safe, their customer service sucks, safes are top notch but customer service is non-existent. Billy Pinkston at 941-962-5507 if anyone has questions.

Lock Replacement


happy to get new lock, but not with the timing.
took 2 months
I could have drilled safe and saved $ 750.00 if you would have just given me the measurements of where to drill.

Do not try to buy a replacement key.

Began the process to purchase a replacement key for my safe in December. I finally received the key March 3rd. I am still waiting on a response to my email sent two weeks ago asking if a tracking number would be provided.

Toni

Toni was helpful getting my new lock and keypad ordered. Didn't rush me during the chat we were having. Only thing I was not happy about is she said it would take a few weeks to arrive. I thought that was a long time to wait given what the lock is protecting.

Registration assistance

The supplied QR code would not let me register my product. Used the chat feature and with the help of Toni she got it registered and sent me the owners manual via email. Great customer service.

Representative was very polite

Representative was very polite, respectful and knowledgeable! Had my issue resolved in a matter of minutes! He went the extra mile and emailed additional directions. Also gave me contact information if I had any further issues. Very very pleased with the customer service!!!

Contacted Cannon Customer Service for a Lock Problem

Contacted Cannon Customer Service because my replacement lock keyboard would not unlock the safe. Jesse Devora assisted me in trouble shooting the problem. For some reason the new lock had drained the battery so that it would beep but not unlock. We tried a new battery and it worked properly. Very courteous and patient as I searched for a new battery. Very pleased !!
