I have previously ordered from Candes for Occassions and used them again recently as the quality is great and so is communication.
I would use CFO again with pleasure.

Melissa went above and beyond to get our unity candles made for us .
I ordered our unity set just before Christmas, and it turned out that they were closed until after my wedding day, and so they wouldn't be ready on time.

Melissa reached out to say she would not see anyone stuck and that she would get ours done for us. Melissa also delivered these to us.

Possibly the best customer service I have ever received!!!!
I phoned to see if I could get an engraved candle at short notice before placing the order online. I spoke to Melissa who was extremely friendly to deal with and so refreshing as most things are done online now. I noticed a day later I had made a mistake on my order and contacted Melissa by email who was so quick to respond and couldn't have been any nicer about my error. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a candle for a special occasion. Amazing service and fantastic quality 👏
