Ordered a bed from DMG 5ft king with mattress and footboard. When the bed arrived the base was wrong and was given 2 headboards and no footboard. Phoned to let them know and had to wait a week for the correct one to be delivered. A week later they arrived with the new base and still no footboard. Thats a week ago now and no one from DMG have contacted me to rectify the problem. So I still have no footboard for the bed and no contact from anyone. Absolutely terrible customer service and will definitely not be returning

Texted about what kind of bed I was interested in and in no time dmg furniture was able to help out with price delivery etc… they where delivering in my area within a week so didt have to wait long at all, to my surprise they even texted saying the bed would be delivered a day earlier which was great! Cash on arrival of the bed to which is another bonus, I’ve gotten 2 previous beds from them almost 5 years ago the comfort of the mattress still great and bed still like new no wear and tear .

I called at 3pm on Thursday looking for a bed. Was talked through all options available . I was given 3 payment options. Item was delivered at 10am on Friday morning. Exactly as described.

The bed I ordered came exactly how it said it would. Very fast delivery and very affordable prices. Delivery man was lovely. The bed was easy to put together and very comfortable I would 100% recommend this buisness to people

Giving a day it would be dropped, and arrived within the time given, the driver was very helpful and brought the bed and mattress to the bedroom down the back of the house
