We rented an RV in late April and it was wonderful. The RV was spotless! Check in online and then on site was great and seamless, as was checkout when we returned. Everything was in great condition, comfortable and easy to handle. I would definitely recommend CanaDream and would rent from them again.

Everybody was great to deal with and we were very happy with the RV and the service from the staff.

Loved the service , it was amazing , the rentals are great ...had a great trip.

Staff was helpful and they prepared the vehicle immaculately.

1) My husband and I had reserved a 27' motor home for 25 nights Sept. 16 to Oct. 11. However on arrival we found we had been assigned a 31' rig due to unspecified mechanical issues. We emphatically did not want the larger unit. The staff seemed to think this was an 'upgrade' and were not sympathetic to our displeasure at the increased size. Initially we were offered a complete refund, which would have left us stranded as we had flown from BC with a detailed itinerary and numerous reservations. We asked for a refund of the difference in cost between the 27' and 31' in recognition of the hassle. After about 1.5 hr. the site manager reached his superior in Calgary and a final offer of a $500 refund for the 31' rig, or (again) the complete refund. Essentially "go big or go home". While we appreciate that a smaller unit was apparently just not available, it was the attitude of the staff and the inadequate remuneration that affected our experience negatively. Many times on our trip we were frustrated with the increased motorhome size.
2) We were not satisfied with the "add-on" system (price-gouging) at CanaDreams. When you rent a hotel/motel room with a kitchenette, it comes outfitted with a set of dishes, utensils and cookware for at least 4 people, the bathroom is outfitted with 2 sets of towels, and the bed with linens. Your motorhomes should come outfitted with these (and more) standards.
3) Even with a "Kitchen Kit" and "Linen Kit" add-on, in a rig that accommodates 6 people, we were provided only 2 bare minimum place settings. Items that were not provided and should be considered "standard" galley items include: a basin for washing dishes (in units with an over-sized kitchen sink), a rack or cloth to put wet dishes in/on, a waste bin, toaster, drip or Bodum-type coffee pot, tea pot. The Keurig-type coffee system could be an "upgrade" for an extra cost. Linens for the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom (that should be "standard" and included) were bare minimum in number. Towel racks or hooks were non-existent.

Camperinventaris was niet compleet, ontbrak theekan, sapkan, blikopener. Sewerslang was kapot. Oven was buiten gebruik. 1 gaspit was los en moest elke keer gemaakt worden. Tankingang voor diesel was een defect aan.
Bed was ruim en goed.
Auto reed goed en luxe.

1 handdoek pp voor 4 weken is wel erg weinig
Lege propaan tank
€120.- te weinig borg terug gekregen
Stinkende afvoer put badkamer
Onaangenaam verrast door € 500.- noordelijke toeslag voor new foundland

We hebben met 5 personen voor een week een MHX Maxi Camper gehuurd via een tussen persoon in Nederland.
De informatie kwam niet allemaal goed overeen met de uiteindelijke ervaring.
Het was tot op de dag van het ophalen van de Camper voor ons onduidelijk of we water in sanitair en keuken konden gebruiken ivm het dan al winterklaar zijn gemaakt, door einde van het seizoen.
Maar bij aankomst werden we verrast door de vriendelijke behulpzaamheid van de verhuurder van CanaDream.
De info en instructie video's waren erg duidelijk.
We hebben een perfecte reis in de Camper kunnen maken door Nova Scotia,Cape Breton en PEI, met alle gemak van water en sanitair.
We hebben de Camper weer keurig schoon en onbeschadigd in kunnen leveren en zijn zeker van plan om nog een keer bij CanaDream te boeken, maar dan rechtstreeks, zonder gedoe van tussen personen.

This was our first RV trip, and the experience was fantastic. The equipment inside the vehicle was all very useful. We were just unaware that most campgrounds in the eastern part of the country were closed, so we mostly slept at Walmart. The vehicle pick-up went smoothly. We hope to have the opportunity to use a CanaDream RV again in the future. Thank you!

Gute Einweisung in den Camper.
Es wäre Gut, wenn es auch in Halifax eine Ecke mit Artikeln zum Verschenken gebe würde. Das funktioniert normaler sehr Gut.
Bei der Abgabe in Toronto gabe es so Ecke.

Sehr freundliches Personal aber die Mietbedingungen und die unflexieble Kilometererstellung sind sowas von unpraktisch für das Reisen.
Ich kann nur Km Packete kaufen und unter der Reise nicht flexiebel erhöhen!
Km gehören includiert bei einer Mietdauer von 4 Wochen.
Mach ich so nicht mehr.

Es war ein perfekter Urlaub. Das Wohnmobil war top in Ordnung. Wir hatten nicht das reservierte Fshrzeug bekommen. Cana Dream hat uns daher 500 Dollsr erstattet. Danke an das sehr freundliche Team in Halifax.

We really enjoyed our trip with Canadream. The RV had everything we needed! We took our dog Sadie with us and she was a great travelling companion. We spent two weeks in Newfoundland, weather was great, leaves were so colourful. We had no problems at all! Great road trip!

We found a rental return deal from Halifax to Brampton. The pick up was quick and because we chose the various packages in advance it was all ready to go.
We had no issues with the vehicle at all during our 10 day return trip through the various provinces. Our only issue was finding open campsites as it was the end of tge camping season. Our return in Brampton was quick and no issues. Very polite staff in both places. The only thing we would do next tome is have another 34 foot Class C with a slide out bed.
