Friendly and helpful
Friendly and comfy working people at pick-up and drop-off. The start inspection was superb and intense - no questions at this point.
Even technicians were called for deeper inspection.

Easy pickup and dropoff
The pickup and drop-off service was very easy and straight forward.
We're happy with all the booked services except the Personal Demonstration ($50), which was done too lightly.

War wie immer eine wunderbare…
War wie immer eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Die Fahrzeuge und der Service von Canadream sind sehr gut (ein herzliches Dankeschön besonders dem Lars). Leider ging das Schloss vom Camper nicht richtig, so dass der Schlüssel fast abgebrochen wäre. Der Mechaniker hat sich einiges an Zeit für die Behebung gelassen, so dass ziemlich an Zeit verloren haben. Ein Makel (daher auch keine 5 Sterne) sind die Küchenuntensilien (bsp. der Dosenöffner), die einfach nur billig und praktisch nicht zu gebrauchen sind. Die Rückgabe des Fahrzeug war wie immer bisher völlig unkompliziert.

Upon pick up the windows were all very…
Upon pick up the windows were all very badly washed and we had to get someone to come redo it. Looked like someone cleaned it with armoural or something . The rv had a slight sewage smell which lasted the entire trip and was worse in the heat and in certain spots. Even after emptying and putting the chemicals the smell persisted. The engine had a rattling noise that also lasted the entire trip . The mechanic there looked at it said it was nothing serious but who wants to hear that noise the whole time ?! The generator always took several tries to start and sounded rough when you turned it off . One of the storage compartments was getting stuck open as well and the fridge froze all of our food ! The worst thing was they were about to rent this out to someone else the day after we returned it. They told us it had previously been in an accident which was evident from the dented up bumper. Why would this be getting rented out when it had all these problems and obviously wasn’t in the best shape? Very disappointing to spend this amount of money to go on a family trip with our small children and have all these issues. I would not rent from this company again after this trip . We did one time before this but it was a new rv so it seems like they don’t maintain them as well as they should . We handed a list with all the problems and no one said anything to us , we got no apologies , no discounts nothing. Very disgusted with the service we received.

You charged me over $1000 to replace a failed screen door cord. I filled out a form and no response. This should never have been deduced from the deposit.

It takes too much time to get the rv and also when we give it back. More importantly, not well equiped ; no bbq, no ax, and 4 forks, 4 knifes, how much more it would cost you to provide 8 forks and 8 knifes ? For the price paid, I would a bit more…

Fantastische vakantie gehad in Canada met de prachtige camper van Canadream. Voor het eerst met een camper op reis geweest, super ervaring. De camper was van alle gemakken voorzien en had fijne bedden. De check-in en check-out gingen prima en de medewerkers waren erg vriendelijk.

An amazing experience
We rented an RV for 2 adults. But requested a size for 2 plus 2 kids. Which appeared to be a very good idea. The size was perfect. Everything was very convenient. Very clean and very friendly user.
