ordered a size 42 and wanted to change to a 41. the fill in form on the website was not working and i tried to on two different pc's multiple times, ended up calling costumer service which took 25min and she had the same problem so their site size exchange option is broken its not just my PC.

Additionally i asked for help in the chat before all of this and he/she said i couldn't change the size at all and that i had to send in the shoes wait for my money to be refunded and then re order, that was just plainly not true. How is it possible that the costumer service doesn't even know the size exchange option of the company they work for?

all in all a very time consuming and frustrating experience (spent more than 1 hour), i will probably never buy camper shoes again and will recommend others not to as well. Currently the affair isnt even resolved, i'm still not able to exchange the shoe size nor was camper able to do it for me. They said they will do it manually and that they will call me but i doubt that they will even manage that. Their phone number is also i Spain so I've paid 5 euros for the phone call which resulted in nothing

Vi har tidligere købt et WECAMP opbevaringstelt, som vi har været glade for, så da vi stod og skulle have et nyt grundet det gamle var ødelagt af storm/blæst, så skulle det være t WECAMP igen.

Vi fandt det og bestilte et på nettet, men er faktisk skuffede, da det IKKE er helt magen til det gamle. Stængerne er noget mere spinkle, hvilket jo har betydning om vinteren, hvis der falder tung sne eller hvis blæsten er meget kraftig som den har været denne vinter.
