I purchased a Nikon Z8 from Camix as was showing could get to me within a few days and other sellers I have used before showed that were waiting for stock. In the end it was a day later arriving than initially predicted but still within 1 week. Happy with my purchases that went with the camera - memory card, flash and z mount converter for F fitting lenses

Camix offered a very competitive price on a new Nikon Z Macro lens and delivery within a matter of days. The lens arrived actually the day before enabling me to practice using it before going on holiday.

Excellent service. I ordered a camera body then changed my mind. I contacted Camix before it was shipped to request a refund. As I'd paid via PayPal, they politely explained that PayPal would retain the fee for the transaction (circa £30) and that Camix had changed their terms to reflect this and the customer would be liable for this. I hadn't seen this but consider Camix's position to be more than reasonable in the circumstances. They said they would try and contact PayPal to see if they would waive the charge. They made no promises but committed to try. 24 hours later and I've been refunded in full (i.e. the £30 charge has been forgotten). Brilliant service and I wouldn't hesitate to order from Camix again. Thank you Camix.
