I had the pleasure of meeting Craig two years ago, I watched his work with a rider in Europe, I spent some time getting to know Craig on my visits to Europe, I was very impressed with his ability to calm and correct a rider when things went wrong, I run a road racing team here in New Zealand, last year I had two of my riders on his course, I personally noticed massive changes in both riders, the focus, understanding how to correct a bad day, being relaxed, following processes, personally taking responsibility, was big. I followed the progress, as I received regular updates and I even learned a lot myself, this course is not just about the tools you learn for riding, but tools for everyday life. I would personally recommend Camino coaching for that next step, especially young riders.

I have been on this course for a few months now and I am really happy with it all. I love the way the information is presented and makes it an enjoyable process. Craig is super helpful and really explains his knowledge really well. I am super happy to be on board.

Camino coaching and Craig have been a huge part of the improvements and development in my racing, the step by step layout of the course allows you to take it on board and put it in to practice. After completing the performance principles and ride in the zone training, I looked at sponsorship course as it’s always been something I find very uncomfortable.
As you follow the modules it walks through the process of building a portfolio, contacting potential sponsor, and changing your mindset.

Really enjoyed working with Craig during the 2024 season, highly recommended!

Craig was very up to date on if I was I was having a hard weekend or not ,he made time even if he was at another race track that day and in a different country. Would highly recommend if you want to find that missing factor you need !

I've just recently finished the course and how I now approach/act on my karting race weekends has completely transformed since starting Camino Coaching.
Before I started the coaching I would often have a bad session/race and let my negative thoughts take over me, affecting me for the rest of the weekend. That has completely changed now and I am able to handle myself in a much better way and overcome and learn from tricky situations instead of dwelling on them!

It's a one-of-a-kind course touching on the most neglected part of a professional rider: the head/mind.

The course is very thorough, so you will need at least a couple of weeks to get this through.

Comes with regular calls to talk about your progress and questions, which I found extremely useful.

As a professional racer - you need to go through this to understand how your brain works. Then, with the help of the course, you will build a solid framework on how to approach your training and races, to maximize your results.

Craig is always available to take a call when i need advice.

Not only does the coaching help with racing but it also provides invaluable life skills such as building mental resilience, dealing with setbacks and disappointment and emotional regulation. You would be hard pressed to find anyone involved in motorsport who didn't need sponsors. That's the reality. The hard part is securing them.
Sponsor acquisition is unfamiliar territory for many. It's also one of the most important things to get right.
The Sponsorship Blueprint was a fantastic resource. After completing the course, I had a greater understanding of sponsorship, the trigger points for potential investors and, most importantly, the confidence to pursue them.
Craig's delivery of the tools needed is professional yet understandable - none of the usual jargon which can be overwhelming. He keeps it real and practical which enables you to develop a plan to achieve the success needed to keep paying the racing bills.
This course is absolutely a key investment which will ultimately pay dividends.

Really well structured course, very enjoyable and easy to follow. Already seeing improvements in my attitude to racing and also general life. Like that you can go back to it all at anytime and seems to be updated with new content regularly, meaning I can work on sections and parts over time that I’m struggling with. 1-1 sessions are very helpful for any bits you don’t understand or to discuss any real world scenarios you want to work on. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to improve their attitude or mental approach to racing.

The delivery of the Keys to Performance training is very clear and in easy, daily=manageable sized lessons. Reviews throughout the course help revisit previous learnings and the content contains practical tools to be used before, during and after time at the track. Highly recommend this course for anyone looking to approach their riding with the right mindset.

Craig has been coaching my teenage son for 2 seasons and the results are clear to see, professional, personable and extremely enthusiastic about his work, would recommend without a second thought.

I have been working with Craig from Camino Coaching for the past 5 years. From the first day of working together I managed to improve my mental approach of my racing and make gains immediately.

The course is easy to understand and doesn’t take much time out of your day. If you ever need anything Craig is always happy to help and ready to explain further on parts.

I can’t recommend this course enough for anyone that rides bikes or drives cars if you want to make a step in your racing.

This course is great and well worth the investment. Delivered in bite size chunks that are easy to understand, digest and put into practice.

I was a very nervous rider and knew that it was only myself holding me back, but how to get over that was stumping me. I felt like I didn’t belong in the paddock with the boys and would never be as good as they are.

After completing the course I did 3 days in Cartagena and the difference was incredible. I didn’t wind myself up before hand. I used new techniques to calm my nerves and focus. I had a new found self belief and my lap times reflected it. I am so excited to see what my riding journey will bring me for the rest of the season.
