The items I ordered were lovely and of good quality. There was a bit of a delay in the delivery caused by Evri, but the customer service provided by Kelly was prompt and great and she managed to resolve my issues quickly. I would recommend Camden & Co.

Service was very good
Service was very good, however, I am a little disappointed with my purchase, considering the cost of the cushions. The fabric is lovely but the filling isn't enough to plump up the cushions. There is very little support and flatten as soon as you rest against them.

Hi Irene, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm so pleased to hear you're happy with the service levels provided, but sorry you're unhappy with the cushion filling. All of our cushions are feather filled, so they do have the 'sink in' effect if they are compressed (for example, by leaning on them). We recommend fluffing the cushions regularly to keep them filled out and plump looking. If there's anything else we can help with, please don't hesitate to get in touch. Best wishes x

The cushions are really lovely to look at and are extremely comfortable. They were also delivered quickly. I would recommend Camden to anyone. 10/10 !

Lovely cushion covers
Lovely cushion covers, look expensive…the only thing I would say, is the gold on the cushion is more gold than in the pictures, but overal very happy.

Horrendous customer service
If I could give this company zero stars I would. Received 2 cushions and a throw. On receipt quality was very poor for the £82 paid. Sent cushions and throw back same day & company lied to Klarna and said products had been used. They were brand new as sent back immediately. I have sent 4 emails and the company refuse to respond. Their policy is do not open items as products can then not be returned. Klarna have tried to communicate. Disgusting customer service. Do Not buy from them. Deceitful and not trustworthy.

This is the same as your last review, but we have not had any further contact with you. As you are aware, you opened a case with Klarna and they independently found in our favour as the items you sent back to us had obvious signs of use. There were marks on the cushions, the packaging had been re-sealed with tape, and they had clearly been opened and used. We sent proof of this to Klarna, and you admitted yourself in emails that they were opened. They were also not sent back the same day, there were a number of weeks between the original sale and us receiving them back. Our returns policy states that items will only be accepted back in their original condition, as is the case for the vast majority of retailers - a policy which is perfectly reasonable. It's important to note that Klarna are an independent company and their outcome was based on evidence, this is not something we can manipulate, nor would we do so. Our customer services team did eventually stop replying to you, which is regrettable, but this was due to you being rude and aggressive to them on a number of occasions. I'm sorry the Klarna outcome has not been the one you wanted.

Amazingly Streamlined Experience!
I ordered 3 pillows that arrived promptly and in excellent condition, I couldn’t have been more happy with my purchase! My girlfriend had just bought a new couch so these were the perfect fit. Would definitely shop with Camden again in the future!

Awful service from Camden & Co
Wanted to cancel the order. They did not cancel it in time. Evri left the parcel on my doorstep when I was not home as my sofas had been changed so needed to amend the cushions. They gave the worst service and never helped me! Stuck with these new cushions brand new and unpacked which I do not need and they are not providing me woth the returns

Sorry you're not happy with the service, but you replied to the shipping email requesting to cancel your order - this obviously isn't possible once an order has already been shipped out as the items were on their way to you. Had you requested the cancellation before the order was sent then this wouldn't have been a problem. We then offered you an exchange for more suitable items as we were sympathetic to you ordering the wrong sofa, but you haven't responded to us or send the order back to us. This email was sent on the 3rd of June, and we have not had a reply. Without you doing so there isn't much we can do to help unfortunately.
