Ordered a set of boxes from here recently and I just love them! Had loads of compliments on them from friends who have been round.

I'm so happy with the quality of my cushions. I ordered two gold crackle ones and two cream textured ones and they look great in our bedroom.

Spent £80.00 on dried pampas which does not reflect the quality of the product. We have been in correspondence with the company who after continuing emails still haven’t offered any solution. They believe that because we did this review (hours) before alerting them they cannot now assist us. The best opportunity to ensure a positive outcome is how a complaint is dealt with and they have failed. They insist that they take “ we take customer service seriously and had we been made aware of the issue then we'd have been more than happy to put it right. I'm sure you can understand that there's absolutely nothing we can do to rectify a situation if issues aren't raised with us. We weren't aware of the problem until you put up the review, so we weren't aware there was anything to rectify until that point.

Again, I offer my sincerest apologies and wish you well.”.

Can someone please tell me - am I missing the point or is Louise? Why can they now not assist?

Absolutely cannot fault Camden & Co Home. The products were shipped fast. Beautiful cushions, may I add! They have gone perfectly in our bedroom and I am so pleased with them! Pure luxury! Thank you!

I've ordered a coffee table tray and few other things from them and the quality is good and delivery was on time.

I've been trying to get hold of some of the leather storage boxes for a while but they keep selling out. Finally managed to get hold of a set last week and I love them.

I came across Camden & Co on Instagram and as someone who spends more than I'd care to admit on home accessories I was naturally intrigued. I now own 4 styles of Camden & Co cushions which are spread throughout my house, as well as a couple of throws, some boxes a coffee table tray and a vase. Needless to say I'm a very happy repeat customer! I absolutely love this store and keep coming back again and again because I'm obsessed.

I have a lovely marble chopping board from the kitchen range. Good value for the quality of item.

Yet again, I had to chase up my return after no reply. Eventually after a couple messages I sent I get a gift voucher for half the amount of my purchase. I only received half of my order for a set of 3 cushions. This order wasn’t fulfilled and the 3 cushions I did receive were flat, a different colour to online and the pattern is only on the front of the cushion and not on the reverse…not shown online, these were purchased as a set shown online and I didn’t receive this. My order wasnt fulfilled. Your communication has been non existent until I posted on trustpilot and I am still chasing my refund. This company is clearly going under as there is now no Facebook page and other complaints show the same regarding cushions and your responses have been very dismissive. Also the returns address doesn’t exist, been to 2 different post offices and they are unable to find it or amend the details manually as per email from Camden and Co. I had to send it to an estate agent addressed to the same building and pay tracked and signed for next day delivery to make sure this was definitely received and hopefully passed on.

Good customer service from Lucy who sent me a replacement order when my cushions went walkabouts with Evri. Thank you, the cushions are stunning.

My friend tagged me in a Facebook advert when I was looking for some new accessories following redecorating my house so this website was recommend to me as she had already ordered. I was happy with my order which arrived promptly.

Everything I've ordered has been excellent so far, fast delivery usually and good customer service on one occasion when I had a delivery problem that was the fault of Evri. A lady called Louise sorted it quickly for me and I had the items the next day.

I got some lovely kitchen items as a moving in present for friends. They came in a beautiful gift box, well presented and ready to give straight to them. All were very well received too by the recipients.

They sent me out dodgy samples very cheeky accusing of using me of using them!!! They were returned the next day. How the hell could I have used them when they were clearly too small. talking complete rubbish.sent pics of what they said i had damaged however these were clearly samples they said so in their email!! They have Refused to refund £57 avoid at all costs Not all it's made up to be. Anyone can show pretty photos

I didn't received my order on schedule so decided to contact them. They got back to me promptly and the issue was that the parcel was delivered to my neighbor by mistake. I retrieved my parcel and the cushions are lovely. I'd like to give a shout out to Lucy from the CS team, she was friendly and professional.

Excellent items, exactly as pictured on the website. I ordered a set of cushions, two picture frames and also a throw. The accessories complete my bedroom and I am very happy with them all.
