Love my Calmigo
Love my Calmigo! It took a bit to get my breath regulated, and that’s probably the point. I try to use it every day. And there are fun building/game sections to keep that interesting. I find the peppermint soothing. And I also use the breathing to help with lowering blood pressure. I am a big tech user to hack my metabolism and this one I have happily added as a plus for calming down my nervous system.

Calmigo has been such an amazing tool…
Calmigo has been such an amazing tool for my menopausal anxiety. Even my therapist was impressed with it. I am so grateful to have this in my anxiety back of tricks to help me get through the panic attacks.

Did not help me at all, but still sound logic.
When my anxiety attacks began, I was lost, I had no idea what to do and I was extremely desperate to get my anxiety under control. Every product and program that showed up in my email, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, I tried. The Calmigo was one that I had been aware of for a long time, so I gave it a try.
As I mentioned, I’ve been seeing the Calmigo for ages and of course, with my iPhone listening to everything I say, it knew that my anxiety had peaked and the Calmigo had been showing up nonstop. So I bought one. Here are my quick thoughts on the device.
I don’t think it helped me one bit. The Calmigo is just a device that you breathe into and it is supposed to help you calm down. It has little scent tags that tend to come off all the time and it allegedly helps you breathe in a way that tells your central nervous system to chillax. The problem is, when I felt this anxiety, the Calmigo wasn’t helping me relax at all.
You don’t need to pay all this money to breathe properly to calm down. You can simply just breathe on your own. Go on YouTube, try mindful breathing, and see if it helps. Save your money. Oftentimes, the little light wouldn’t even go on when I was breathing. I had to adjust the angle for the little internal bead to work and beep for a new breath. Also, if you try to use this in the dark, that bright light will just make you more anxious. LOL.
Conceptually, this is a good idea, but you can do this on your own without buying this expensive gadget. Those commercials you see are full of crap cause I didn’t feel any improvement.
I gave them 2 stars because the concept is sound. One thing I see come up anytime I read up on anxiety is breath work. So I'm sure there is value to this product and that it can work for some people.

I love CalmiGo!
I have suffered from anxiety for many many years and CalmiGo was an absolute game changer for me. I was a little bit skeptical as to how it would help at first, but it quickly proved that it did once I started using it. What I love the most about it is that it has you breathe in a controlled way which forces your body to regulate your breathing and that reduces feelings of anxiety and panic. I have used it many times during panic attacks and in moments when I feel very anxious and it has calmed me down immediately every time. Having a tool that helps you focus on your breathing is incredibly helpful. I also love the scent plates they have in them, they add an extra feeling of calm. My favorite is the peppermint! I have had nothing but great experiences with this company and they prioritize customer experience over everything which I greatly appreciate. Go get yourself a CalmiGo!

I have suffered from severe anxiety and panic attacks for as long as I can remember. I grew up in a very difficult household that caused a lot of trauma and anxiety as a result. I have tried just about every medicine known to man but never found the right combination to relieve the anxiety that I struggled with everyday. THEN I discovered the Calmigo! I was googling and came across this little device, read the reviews and thought I'd give it a shot. To my surprise It WORKED. I felt like the searching was over. I remember the first time I used it I was having a panic attack and it instantly calmed me down. I felt so centered and calm I felt like I had just transported to another planet. It was a calm I had never experienced before. The Calmigo has been my little sidekick ever since and has prevented a lot of panic attacks. I would recommend this device to anyone who's suffering from anxiety/panic or racing thoughts!!!!!!!!!

As a disabled Vet with PTSD, I had high hopes for this device. I am extactic and overjoyed by the effectiveness of the CalmIGo. The initial purchase was for the CalmIGo and 12 assorted scent plates. I've been rotating through the Lavender, Sweet Mint & Bergamot the citrus is by far my favorite scent, however the Lavender seems to be most effective.
I've been using the device about 6.5 weeks with wonderful results, I must say if your looking for a miracle its not happening. Over the last 6 weeks my PTSD & Anxiety have been drastically abated, 3X daily whether needed or not is the procedure that I have followed and the stress has been relieved for the most part. As stated earlier this is not a miracle cure, but it comes close. If given the chance to start over, this would be an item that would be purchased again.
My purchase was made on the CalmIGo website. It is available on Amazon as well. Give it an honest go and you will more than likely be happy with the results.

I have panic attacks since college
I have panic attacks since college, I am 45 now and it got worse during pandemic. The key to go back in track is proper breathing besides staying healthy. Calmigo is my to go anytime device as it helps me do the proper breathing when i have my panic attacs. We tend to forget how to properly inhale and exhale while on panic mode and Calmigo is my guide to get back in track :-) I have this for couple years now.

FRAUDSTERS AND CROOKS
This product is shear garbage! Does nothing for you except asphyxiate the user. I returned mine over a month ago within the 30 day window and despite over 20 emails to the company no refund to my credit card. I am contacting my state’s Attorney General today and filing a small claims suit. They don’t calm stress but instead create stress. They should be shut down!!!
I returned the piece of plastic junk and they are so dishonest they even went so far as lying and telling the credit card company they never received the product back. I have a confirmation email they they were in possession of the returned item. Since I didn’t trust them I also sent the product back certified and the post office confirmed they delivered and it was signed for.
If you read this review and still purchase their junk you have no one but yourself to blame.
I will take them to small claims now and seek triple damages for fraud in lying to the credit card company.

Calming But Overpriced
This is very helpful to reduce panic attacks and get your breathing back to normal. It is simple and easy to use although you want to practice using before a panic attack. The light and vibration let you know if you are using it correctly or if you are breathing too shallow. I often use without the scent because I am sensitive to chemicals and smells.

This device is great
This device is great! I’ve had it for almost a year now and it has gotten me through several panic attacks. The vibrations and lights help take your focus away from your panicking and help you to ground yourself. The scents are nice too! I have recommended this to several people!

Game Changer
Honestly, this device is a game changer. When I was first practicing mindfulness in therapy I always struggled with regulating my breathe. The calmi go device makes it easy to regulate breathing and calm down in stressful and busy environments. I love how there is a scented element.

Calmigo is a hit for me
I was looking forward of receiving my calmigo. I was told that it was great for panic attacks and they were right. The first time I was having bad anxiety and severe panic attacks that were so bad that I could go to work or do what every person would do. The essential oil, with the fact that you have to breath and then when you reach where you need to be it buzz. I was able to be in the moment present and focus on being okay and moving forward with my journey. For me it was life changing and I do recommend it.

If we may kindly share that CalmiGo is a little different than just breathing technique. With breathing techniques, they require you to concentrate, which activates the sympathetic nervous system (the part of the brain you are trying to quiet when anxious). This is why many people struggle to do breathing techniques in a moment of distress. CalmiGo uses three methods of relaxation to bypass the sympathetic nervous system and instead activate the parasympathetic nervous system instead, which is responsible for helping you relax. CalmiGo also has an adaptive mechanism in it that is designed to gently extend your breathing patterns, no matter what length they are at initially.
