Amazing product. I started experiencing horrific panic attacks after receiving the COVID vaccine and this has been a lifesaver for me. Within a few minutes of using it, I am able to stop severe panic attacks in their tracks. I don't go anywhere without it. It 100% works!

Effective and Lasting
I really love the long-lasting scent. I haven't had to swap out a scent plate yet and it still works great. I genuinely feel calmer and more relaxed after each CalmiGo session and can tell it's working!

False advertisement for Veterans
I put a review below about Veterans not getting it for free like advertised. They wrote a ridiculous response and said to reach out which I have again and it goes nowhere. Absolutely ridiculous!!

the CalmiGo is a great little device
the CalmiGo is a great little device, and it does help me with my anxiety. I use it almost every day and it definately calms me down. I would say it's important to get in the habit of using it even if you don't feel anxious or panicky. I find that even using it for less than the suggested 3 minutes works for me also. With my health conditions I sometimes can't do it for 3 minutes without taking a few second break or so in between breaths. I highky recommend this to anyone with anxiety.

Good for breath work but that’s it
The device is good for breath work - to remind your body how to breathe at proper lengths. It’s helpful when stressed to help slow down but for anxiety it’s helpful only when slightly anxious. It’s not helpful when a panic attack is starting or to get through it - a $10 Japanese breathing pendant/necklace or just a thin straw works much better. I’ve had it a few days and use it a few times a day. It hasn’t reduced my anxiety. The app is not at all worth it - it just has a 3 minute timer and an annoying coin “game”.

READ THIS! SCAM!
I dont know if anyone actually realizes what this company did/is doing. They use to have a device you'd pay like 120$ for a device then like 14$ for scent plates. Then for whatever reason they got rid of those devices and put out Bluetooth devices literally overnight. Now these devices are outrageously overpriced at literally 349$ just for the device if you don't want a subscription (which you need to even use the device). That's a 200$ increase over the last model JUST for Bluetooth, which does NOT cost that much to add to a device! Mind you with the subscription the cheapest is 199$ EVERY 6 months just for scent plates. AND if you cancel then you can't use the device because it LOCKS out after 2 weeks of no app connection (you need a subscription to even enter the app). I'm hoping there is a lawsuit soon because this company is a terrible sick scam on mental health

The updated device was designed to enhance functionality by integrating with the CalmiGo app. The app provides features like progress tracking and personalized insights that weren’t available with our previous model. While Bluetooth integration does increase the cost, it’s the combination of the app’s features and overall system that creates the added value. For those who prefer not to use the app, we do offer a device without the app, but it lacks the same functionality and features.
Regarding the subscription, it supports ongoing access to the app’s features, as well as quarterly refills of the scented plates s. If the subscription is canceled, the device requires reactivation through the app, as it is integral to its operation.

The activation was easy and it takes a couple of days to see the effects.
The activation was easy. The video tutorial was easy to follow. Is really great to get so many senses activated at the same time without having to even think about it. I found myself paying attention to the vibrations because it is so satisfying to hear but it’s not necessary to get the benefits as I found that after a week of using mostly twice a day

I am absolutely loving it so far…
I am absolutely loving it so far and the cute little app that goes with it is also pretty cool, although I'm not sure the ultimate goal of it! Is it for tracking or maybe keeping you engaged with reward? At any rate, I find that this device helps set me on a better path in high anxiety situations like traffic. I love the scented plate -- I chose mint and it definitely smells authentic and fresh. I would highly recommend for those who deal with anxiety but don't want to navigate meds just yet.

Much Needed
I'm middle age & have struggled with generalized anxiety disorder, panic attacks & c-ptsd which lead to being severely over medicated for decades.
When the onset of an attack comes abt, my cognitive thinking becomes overwhelmed & I'm unable to rationalize what to do to get everything to calm down.
This breathing device is key. Within 10 minutes, it slows the heart rate down, breathing becomes regulated & the nervous system responds to that by calming everything down. The scent of lavender works especially well due to its calming effect on the mind & body.
Buy it. It's by far the best thing I've ever purchased for my overall health. When used daily, even for 10 minutes 1-3x a day, it effects your serotonin & dopamine levels & will give you some much needed relief. Well worth it!

I purchased this for my 10-year-old son…
I purchased this for my 10-year-old son who was suffering constant panic attacks as he transitioned into middle school. His attacks would cause him not only a terrible amount of stress, but bad headaches and stomach aches, causing him to go to the nurse’s office and the guidance counselor’s office. So many visits meant he missed a lot of class those first two weeks of school. I also couldn’t keep giving him pain relief medicine just to get him back to class. When the CalmiGo arrived it was an immediate godsend. It allowed him to use all of his breathing techniques that he has been taught but was hard to do on his own during moments of distress. By using the CalmiGo, he was able to stop the panic attacks as he felt them coming on and therefore stop the headaches and stomachaches. Almost immediately he stopped the constant visits to the nurse and guidance counselor’s offices allowing him to finally settle into middle school in peace. He reported to me that while initially he used to call CalmiGo somewhere around 10 times a day, just two weeks later he’s only having to use it about once a day, if that. It’s given him a sense of security that he can have some control over his anxiety by having a device that can streamline his breathing and keep his anxiety at bay. I’m so incredibly grateful I found this. It has been a true godsend.
