seems on a daily basis there are…

Thank you for your interest.....seems on a daily basis there are customers that mention cannot hear me and goes in and out..
other than that seems fine..

People answering the phone are not…

People answering the phone are not great with customers. There are frequent long pauses or they put the customer on hold for no reason. There are also several phone calls where no one answers the phone. There shouldn't be a "poor connection" excuse.

Great Platform. Great People.

Call Tracking Metrics as a platform is amazing and is only matched by the incredible staff that support their clients. Taking the time to leave this review is inspired by the experience I had with Kara - I truly appreciate her going the extra mile to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend CTM!

Best Support Team I've Ever Encountered

Call Tracking Metrics has the best support team I've ever encountered. They are all HUMAN and knowledgeable about the software. If there is something you need done, they work to understand what it is you're trying to accomplish and help you to do it--FAST. I always receive solutions to my questions within 5 minutes, or at least a response that they'll be with me soon. I wish all my support experiences could be like the way Call Tracking Metrics has theirs.

I have been using Call Tracking Metrics …

I have been using Call Tracking Metrics for around 5 years years. As a digital media company I have used CTM for to track my clients digital marketing campaigns and to make more informed decisions on what is working and what is not working. I have also used it for my company, The Treatment Specialist, website which has helped me closely track productivity on all campaigns and track ROI.

Not overly happy with the service

Numbers are easy to get - except for true 800 numbers. We have had some serious challenges in numbers not working - working at one moment and then dropping off for no reason with no notice. Wasted advertising dollars with no sense of urgency to get them fixed or compensate us for the lost investment and revenue. System online is just ok, but should be able to do a lot more. Some things in the reporting tool make no sense, like reporting call volume by highest number instead of showing call volume by hour which is how you need to read this.

They are special order but usually we can turn them around in a week or two. You can submit a request through our support team at info@calltrackingmetrics.com if you don't see any in inventory.

We are sorry you felt like we didn't apply urgency to your number issue. Taking a quick look at your case, it looks like it was escalated very highly in our organization but its good feedback to make sure we let you know how seriously we take an issue like that.

We are actively working on new reporting so stay turned, think you will like whats coming.

The recording feature is beneficial

The recording feature is beneficial to both understanding and verifying the data and for use in sales training. It helps to be able to mark the call as a lead, or not a lead, for follow up purposes. I realize the way a phone is set up, is how the name of the lead is formatted, but it's the only imperfect part of the process I can find.

In regards to your comment about the phone set up and how the name of the lead is formatted, are you referring to the caller ID information? If so, I wanted to make certain that you knew that you could open up the record and update/change any of the information on the call record. You can click on the record or click on edit to revise the record. Please let us know if you have any questions!

Very happy with CallTrackingMetrics

Very happy with CallTrackingMetrics. Overall experience is great. Pricing is very competitive. If we have issues, the support team is very quick to respond and sort things out. Great solution for agencies.

Great service good product

Great service, love how you can listen in on phone calls to help with better sales or information and the call blocking really helps with all the spam calls.
