Excellent product!

CallTrackingMetrics really helped my business track the success of our marketing efforts. Plus, we are able to take actions based on those activities and automate a lot of our processes. We couldn’t be happier with the value we’ve discovered in this product!

Lot's of call quality issues

Lot's of call quality issues. Sometimes at very busy periods. Kills sales. I'm leaning towards a 2.5. Whenever an issue is reported and its a hassle to do, the reply is basically, everything looks fine; please document all examples, send them, ... "well we don't see anything wrong" ... did CTM listen to the calls? Often it happens at certain times of day ... frustrating to jump through the hoops of registering a complaint - a reoccurring, nearly constant one in the middle of a busy day, just to get - everything looks fine here etc ... pretty much given up on calling attention to the issue bc its as frustrating, or more so, than the issue , fyi, since you asked. Thank you

Essential to our business

Calltracking is an essential part of our remote call center. Can't say enough good things about the efficiency of the platform and the customer support. All around, we're very satisfied customers!

most of the time when I call

most of the time when I call, the other end say there's an echo and they say sound like I'm very far. There are some times when it's very blurred can't hear clearly.

Awesome tracking platform

Awesome tracking platform, we have been using it in our small to medium size business going on a few years now. It has transformed how we track calls, monitor advertising effectiveness, call agent scoring and overall has given us the ability to scale call operations like never before. Platform and web interface are super easy to navigate and troubleshoot for even the novice of users. I have referred many peers and colleagues to the platform.

Excellent client service and product…

Excellent client service and product know how.
We run a small to medium sized agency. The folks at Call Tracking really know their stuff and they are very very responsive. It's a pleasure working with them and knowing we have a good partner that is highly integrated into our clients' lead generation experience.

Sorry to hear you've experienced some difficulties around hearing with CTM and calls getting disconnected. Many times we find that these issues are related to network settings, headsets, and even system settings within CTM. Would you be able to submit some call examples of these issues to support@calltrackingmetrics.com so we can have one of our support technicians investigate? Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Very user friendly features. Call quality hasn’t been as consist or clear as we had hoped. We are hoping for improvements ASAP. Otherwise, we have enjoyed the product and the company.

edit: to the response left from CTM, we have spent much time with tech support, and we have not had a resolution. I implore management to do whatever necessary to improve call quality consistency. We've been told it has to do with the "carrier".

Excellent piece of software ★★★★★

Excellent piece of software. Get all the stats you need and the attribution is smart so it will retain callers and their channels. True ROI is unattainable without it. 100% recommend.
