Do not use this company. We have been trying to cancel our number for months and they ignore all emails/calls in relation to this. Scammers! When it is to do with taking money off you they are quick to fire direct debits out of your account.

Stay clear from this company, thank me later.

Haven’t received my number

Does the job, although I was frustrated that I was being overcharged and had to call the company in order to get a reduction or in line with what I think is going rate. As ever these days from my loyalty is sadly rewarded, and somehow we live in a world where we need to battle to get a fair price rather than interesting on our providers to give us best value.

Very easy to do

I am happy with the service so far, with obtaining my landline number and cost per call, and obtaining information from my customers that I have asked for.
But I am still waiting to hear when my phone number is ready for incoming calls, so until this happens and I get feed back from my customers, I am unable to give a full review.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with callready. I requested to cancel my account months ago, but they refused and have been charging me every month despite my clear instructions to terminate the service. When I asked them to cancel, they claimed I needed to settle an 'outstanding bill' before they would stop billing me. Why? It feels like they’re holding my account hostage with additional fees, and they’re just looking for ways to keep charging me.

AVOID AVOID at all costs! This company is unprofessional and operates like a scam. They ignore customer requests, provide zero transparency, and seem more focused on charging fees than providing honest service. I would not recommend callready to anyone who values fair billing practices and responsive support. Total SCAMMERS!

Tried to contact customer service no reply!

I cancelled this account on Dec 23, and they are still taking payments in May 24. Month after month, I speak to someone in accounts, and they promise that the account has been cancelled and that I will receive a refund. For a service-based business, this is a terrible customer experience.

Very quick to setup and a more than reasonable price. I can’t think of a better place to come for this call forwarding solution.

We ordered an 0800 number and it was setup and functioning very quickly in less than an hour.

Website had clear information and the setup was fast and efficient.

Can't get in touch with them via phone or email but will happily sign you up and take your money
