Have been trying to cancel for multiple months now. Have been told by Katie Slater that November will be the final invoice. However, have been charged every month since then, and multiple follow-up emails ignored.

But having kept my original email from mollie saying I wanted to cancel after 1 month double there prices they tried to charge me more
Told them where to go and paid they original fee they backed down as I had the original email
Avoid these like the plague

Authorised businesses only
Easy to sign up but it was not made clear that this service is for authorised businesses only. I wanted it for personal use and therefore was not allowed to make use of this service.
Their answer that 0800 numbers are for businesses would make sense if that was what I asked for... It wasn't! I applied for number with my local area code.

Unfortunately 0800 numbers are specifically designed for business use and therefor we have a duty to businesses to ensure that they are not used for personal use.

The number says that there is a fault on the line and to contact Callready. Have sent an email, not heard anything. Waste of time.
