Great service!
Very easy to sign up and navigate. My response time for a UTI was so fast and my RX was ready as soon as the pharmacy opened up. I also had option to get orders for a urinalysis which I did. I would recommend!!!!

Took 3 hours to get a response
Took 3 hours to get a response. Pharmacy already closed.. now have to wait until tomorrow. Would have been quicker and same price to go to urgent care and I would have had my meds

Cost Effective and Timely
I have used call on doc two times. The second time was easier because all of my information was saved. It is a fast, effective, and cost-effective way to get your meds quickly when you are in a bind. I highly recommend this service, as I had my meds within a few hours.

It was fast and convenient to get treatment without going into a facility or making an appointment. It was also far more cost effective and my prescription was filled and a discount was applied. I would definitely use this service again.

It was great except this time they…
It was great except this time they didn’t text me back. About four hours later I went to the website and realized they had emailed me back for more info a few minutes after I filled out the forms. I usually am instructed by text to read the messages. So it was a really long time until I figured it out. The meds were spot on and my symptoms are already better.

It’s always a great experience
It’s always a great experience. This company has allowed me to afford my inhalers and still be able to feed my family without having to pick one and go without the other. A blessing this company has been and I will be a long term patient because they help me afford what helps me deal with my daily allergies

It took more than the initial two hours…
It took more than the initial two hours and then at the 3rd hour when I started asking for an escalation then they had questions. I don’t feel like they read my initial submission cause most of the question were answered in the submission. All the pharmacies were closed by the time they responded.

Excellent Service
Call-on-Doc is a great idea for people who are in remote locations, work strange hours, or who are immobile. They were able to authorize the meds that I needed remotely, and get the prescription filled at my local pharmacy. And, they did it over the weekend... Excellent...

Took a long time to have the doctor review my case, but satisfied overall
Took over 4 hours to send in a script for antibiotics to treat some cat bites, but it was Saturday at 6 pm, and the process besides that was very easy and straightforward. No call needed just uploaded pics of the bites. Wrote a comment that I cannot swallow large pills, so the doctor sent it in liquid form which was nice and much better than trying to mix the powder in applesauce like I have had to do with the medication before for a different issue! Not bad tasting at all! :) The doc also prescribed an antibiotic ointment for me to apply to the wounds which was a nice surprise. I am hopeful that the combo will work well. I was reading horror stories of people's experiences with cat bites getting infected so have been worried while waiting for the script. I am very happy this service exists because it would have costed much more money to go to urgent care, plus I didn't even need to see anyone or spend time going anywhere while injured besides the pharmacy!
