Still waiting on new antibotic
In previous treatment, I was given doxycyclean and had to get a different antibotic due to bad reaction. Had nausea & headaches from doxy.
This time they sent in doxy. Told them I will not fill it & I need a different antibotic please. Have not received ANYTHING else or response!! Have always been great before.Brenda Doyle

We understand your concern, especially since you previously experienced nausea and headaches with doxycycline and have requested an alternative antibiotic. Please know that we have already sent a follow-up to our medical provider to review your request and determine the most appropriate alternative treatment. We are actively monitoring your case and will update you as soon as we receive a response.
If your pharmacy is already closed by the time the new prescription is approved, we can send the prescription to another pharmacy that is still open.
Just kindly send us the complete name, address, and phone number of the new pharmacy.
We truly appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make this right.

Exceptional service & response time!
The service and response time is very quick. I was able to have my treatment plan within 30 minutes of submitting my request. I have used Call on Doc 3 times now and have never had any problems.

This is such an amazing service
This is such an amazing service. I was on vacation with my daughter and she started having bad UTI symptoms tried to take her to an urgent care and wasnt able to be seen until the next morning. After picking up a UTI test strip kit from cvs and it coming back positive we found this service. Callondoc was extremely easy I was able to get my daughter antibiotics immediately! Will definitely recommend this service to anyone.
