The Rx and Rx refill services are great and I found the process very thorough. My only gripe is how unintuitive the app is when it comes to refills. Instead of refilling the existing Rx, it prescribes a new Rx. This may be mistakes on my end, but I try to click the “refill” section of my app when I go through this process. It still ends up writing a new Rx with a different provider. This keeps me from having a consistent provider / prescriber every month.

My husband had an in person appointment…
My husband had an in person appointment with our family doctor today. He waited an hour for a six minute consultation. I was able to calmly compose my thoughts to my CallOnDoc provider from the comfort of my home with no wait. My cost was the same a his copay and we both received the same medication. Highly recommend!

I love that there isn’t a wait time. When I need an appointment it’s available, I can relay my symptoms and get medication within a reasonable amount of time.

The Call-on-Doc experience was amazing
The Call-on-Doc experience was amazing, I received a treatment plan fast enough to pick up my prescription the same day even the same hour! I’m so grateful for being able to find a doctor’s help and for being treated so soon. The overall experience was great and so am glad to know that there are ways to communicate with a doctor in a professional way, I rate the visit a perfect 10!

I asked questions prior to paying for the services. After paying then I got hit with hidden fees that weren’t discussed during that conversation. Very upsetting and do not recommend.
