This whole process was quick and easy. I used this to get antibiotic ear drops for an ear infection. Prescription was processed and sent to pharmacy very quickly. Twenty-four hours later, my ear is already starting to feel much better with less pain and clogging. I would have had to wait 2-3 days to see my PCP or spend the money and time going to urgent care if not for this service. Highly recommend.

I waited all day for two misspelled sentences
I waited all day—9:32am est is when I submitted the consultation, and I finally got a response around 5pm est— for a 2 sentence response (with spelling errors) from an NP regarding a consultation I put in for a minor skin infection (scrape on my knee that wasn’t healing). I’ve used them for other things in the past without issue, but if this particular visit was my first interaction with Callondoc, I would never use them again. It wasn’t until I sent a message asking for a refund and threatening to dispute the charge with AMEX that I got a response. Unacceptable.

Thank you for being there for me. I have used CallonDoc several times and they have been there for me without a hesitation.Once I got on their site it was easy and simple. Their response is quick and spot on. If you need a doctor quick I highly recommend them. Only problem I have is trying to get online to use their website. It tells me My password or username is wrong. I have to keep changing my password says it don't recognize it. Other than that it's awesome. Their awesome and IMO Legit. No more 90 day refills
I was a happy subscriber for several years, when call in doc would fill my prescriptions for 90 days at a time.
Now, they only fill them for 30 days. Which means 3X the visit fees. I will shop for a new subscription service
Other than that, I mean, they work like all the rest of them. Same limitations, same benefits.

A Breakthrough Experience
No commute, no urgent care, no hospital, no waiting rooms, and no navigating multiple processes or staff. I submitted both my information and my daughter’s information, explained that she had an ear infection, and paid for the expedited review. Her case was evaluated within ten minutes, and the prescription was ready for pickup at the pharmacy within thirty minutes.
She is already feeling much better and has taken her second dose of the antibiotic. The total cost for the expedited service including the medication was $80—significantly less than what an after‑hours clinic would have charged. Truly stellar service.

I used to be a loyal long time customer of Call-On-Doc but I will never use them again and I want other people to know why.
In June 2024 I paid $54.99 for a simple medication refill (Transaction ID 120491255384). In July 2026 I was charged $84.99 for the exact same service (Transaction ID txn_3Tyu0KE60AgweWrg1IKtgKWe). That is a $30 increase, more than 50 percent, for something that has not changed at all. They are still just a middleman between patients and doctors. Nothing about the actual service improved. Only the price went up.
It is now cheaper for me to go see a real doctor in person than to use their platform. After I complained they sent a generic response claiming the increase was needed for “rising operational costs” and then tried to push their new subscription plans on me. Why would I pay a monthly fee on top of already inflated prices just to get a few so-called free visits? Their reply did not even address the specific numbers I gave them and felt like a copy-paste AI form letter. That kind of response shows exactly how little they take customer service and support seriously.
They are clearly taking advantage of the loyal customers who supported them from the beginning. The greed is obvious. I am done with Call-On-Doc and I recommend everyone else stay away too. Or just pay over inflated pricing for basic services.
