I wouldn’t go near them i had a 2 minute phone call they said they wouldn’t prescribe me what i wanted over the phone because they’re not allowed which is fine. I asked them if i could get a refund as i wasn’t made aware of this previously and they clearly show that they do prescriptions
I emailed them multiple times on their support email and they have consistently ignored me. Don’t use.
Absolute rubbish, I asked about a medication and the idiot said the doctor would prescribe it once I paid the €39, doctor rang me saying it's a controlled medication even though I checked this out before and the idiot receptionist said it was fine. Doctor said he'd refer me to someone else, wtf did I need him for in the first place, NEVER AGAIN
I paid for the consultation. I didn't get a prescription for the medication. I didn't get any replies to my emails. I didn't get a refund. It's very sad when you pay because you need help and someone makes your situation even worse and robs you.
Took money for online consultation and then never sent any prescription to the pharmacy. Responded over online chat claiming it was sent - confirmed pharmacy details several times but nothing came through - waste of time and money.
I've had positive experiences, numerous times, with this company.
I have a full medical coverage, BUT, it doesn't address or won't cover hair loss for women.
I initially tried HERS for hair loss chewable gummies (what a complete and utter SHAM).
Thereafter, I used CallonDoc. They were able to consult with me on a hair-loss issue, recommend a prescription medication, and submit it to a pharmacy.
I paid NOTHING to CallonDoc for the consult, and a modest amount to the pharmacy for the medication.
I have such a good feeling about it all, that I'll use them for other treatments I may need which are not adequately addressed by my insurance, and I've already sung their praises to others I know, who have pesky little issues like mine. Even for a paid consultation, it would be so worth it, as it was efficient, polite, and professional.
SCAM - took my cash and never responded ti any correspondence. Number on the website dosent work either
