Great experience
Great experience. I highly recommend Eirdoc. I was unable to get an appointment this week with my GP. I searched online doctors on Google. I was able to get an appointment within the hour! My prescription was sent to the pharmacy straight away. Dr Ali Zawwar was one of the most kindest doctors that I have ever spoken to. I will be using this service in the future.

Completely Unacceptable, Deeply Distressing and Humiliating Experience
This was a completely unacceptable experience, with misleading information and a clear lack of respect for patients’ time.
I travelled from Dublin twice to the pharmacy in Newry (UK) and followed all the instructions provided, including completing the GP registration and submitting the required information from the pharmacy. This involved asking a pharmacist to measure and confirm my BMI, which I found deeply uncomfortable and invasive.
The entire process left me feeling extremely distressed and humiliated.
On my first visit, I waited several hours without any response. I was later advised that I could return to the pharmacy, and on my second visit I followed all instructions again, only to be informed that the prescription could not be issued through this service — something that was never communicated beforehand.
This resulted in wasted time, travel costs and unnecessary stress. Clear and accurate information should be provided from the beginning.

It is never our intention for a patient to feel humiliated or that their time has been undervalued, and we sincerely apologize for the lack of clear communication regarding our prescription services.
To clarify for yourself and other patients, our standard Prescription Service is designed for routine medications. However, due to the clinical oversight required for Mounjaro, it is exclusively available through our Weight Loss Consultation service. This specialized pathway ensures that the medication is prescribed safely following a dedicated medical review.
We understand that the requirement for a BMI check at the pharmacy was uncomfortable. This step is a clinical necessity for certain treatments, but we regret that the process felt invasive rather than supportive.
We would like to make this right. If you are still seeking a prescription, we do offer a 3-month Mounjaro prescription via a formal consultation for €45, which can be accessed directly here: eirdoc.com/service/weight-loss/.
We are reviewing our internal guidance and pharmacy instructions to ensure that the distinctions between our services are much clearer moving forward.

App is ok but doctor gives antibiotics…
App is ok but doctor gives antibiotics for 5 days but medical cert only for 2 days ??? So I drink antibiotics and ho to work where windows open! It doesn't make sense specialy me saying i am not feeling well

My prescription was sent to the wrong…
My prescription was sent to the wrong chemist. This has happened before. I always send all the information needed in my first email but the receptionist response is always send on bp and heart rate which I’ve already sent. Same for what medication I take and the dosage it’s always sent in the first email but the receptionist never seems to read it. I emailed this morning saying my prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy and I got this review as an email response. Very ignorant clearly my email stating everything needed isn’t viewed correctly by staff and this happen’s every time I contact Eirdoc.

Very poor service
Scheduled and paid (€55) for my 10am video call. No doctor commenced the call by 10.13am. Used the online Bot; no response. Rang the site number, was told someone would "ring" me back soon; no response. Rang again around 10.30am, was told I was being put through to a doctor; wasn't put through. Finally at 10.35am a doctor rang me. Doctor wasn't aware that Arret and Imodium have the same ingredients as he has asked me had I taken Imodium, and I countered I had taken Arret, he repeated his question, to which I told him the 2 drugs have the same ingredients

Had a consultation with a doctor who would not listen to me and kept speaking over me
Had a consultation with a doctor who spoke over me, would not listen to what I was saying, then proceeded to say he could not tell whether i would be fit to work a day later when I had symptoms of vomiting and had not been able to eat in two days. I work in the food industry which he was told.
I have tried to get in contact with support via email, phone call and the website support and have been ignored, hung up on, told to call back, and left on read. I do not have the money for a second consultation and was never given a proper first one.
