The staff are wonderful so friendly nothings to much trouble the food is very fresh served hot not greasy my kids love coming here

They served me a delicious pizza , their services and taste are good ones from my experience.

I ordered from Cafe Express (Northolt) via 'Just Eats' and to be quite honest, the food was hot and delicious. So i'm really surprised by the many unfavourable reviews. It must be where they're situated, which is a real shame.

I recently subscribed to life lock identity protection and found out that cafe express leaked my info onto the dark web! My email and other things were compromised! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Jeg bestilte en pizza med leverings tid på 35 min? Pizzaen kom efter 2 timer og var kold… fuldstændig latterlig service, og kår man ringer derned tager de ikke telefonen og siger det ikke er deres skyld…

I placed an order on Dec 13 and they shipped 1 item out of my whole order and the second shipment never made it. Delivery date was Dec 22nd After investigating what happened my shipment was stuck at the delivery company for one month and they contacted cafe express to get in touch with me as there was customs to pay on the order. No one from Cafe Express ever reached out via email and the kicker, when I emailed customer service to follow-up on my order, they told me the package could take up to 10 business days to get here and I should receive the package on Jan 5th but the package was already in Canada and awaiting a response from client. Now that is really bad order tracking on their part. Now trying to get a full-refund for the inconvenience of the situation and the connection of their customer service representative is unstable.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IT IS SUCH A HASSLE!

Can you tell I am frustrated by the whole situation? No Christmas presents this year.

how much more could itt cost to allow customers to get a small salad or furit instead of fries or chips with a hamburger. prior to redoing the place on west gray that allowed that without charging you extra. not anymore! which is more healthy...fries or a small salad or fruit?

I ordered the AMALFI Lemon Herb Chicken; and it did not disappoint! Succulent zesty chicken and fresh crisp vegetable and the tastiest garlic mashed potatoes I've had in a long time (well, since my last visit 😉 ). And the front staff (Josh- Manager, and Crystal- Cashier/Server) made my experience enjoyable; suggesting dessert and coffee. Excellent you two!! Thank you

Tyveri ved højlys dag, lørdag bestilte vi mad, det kom aldrig, så prøvede vi at bestille mad igen, det kom heller aldrig, men man hæver alligevel pengene for begge bestillinger på vores bankkonti, hvad sker der!!!!!! Det er MEGET dårlig service, og endda tillader I at hæve pengene oveni :-( :-( :-( Hvad sker der for jer?

l' love cafe express food we used to go every Sunday after church before the covid 19 on this passed Sunday l call to place on order at Town and Country the service was great but the food was horrible dry pasta capri uncook fries ice cold mack and cheese l bought 5 chicken salad sandwich , the bread ice cold bad if this is how you are making the food , now good luck very disappointed. after waiting 2 months . to come back and eat that tasted great food you used to served it was a very bad experience we usually spend over 200 hundred we are get three families together .

Ordered from Cafe Express and tried to use the coupon code that they provided but their checkout process never asked me for the coupon code. It just took my card number and processed the payment! It really ticked me off!! I wouldn't have bought the items if I knew I was getting tricked into a discount that they never gave me. This will be my last purchase from them.

Awful delivery experience from cafe express, they cancelled by order due to not being able to contact the driver and did not wish to inform me about it either.

Cafe Express - West Gary is horrible. The chef "Adam" is HORRIBLE. The meals he prepares are "HORRIBLE" or something is always left out. The front desk staff is inmature and need replacing. In fact, this location needs to be CLOSED. This place is unacceptable also, James and the other district manager need replacing. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. They cannot even prepare a "baked potato" properly either "brown in-side old) or watery. Mike needs to come to his own restaurants and the others. I saw a cook digging in her noise and I brought it to the Manager's attention. This was at another location.

So, I just received an alert (via-e-mail) notification that my personal information was compromised. I went to their app and logged into my account and that’s when I was informed that my personal and financial information was taken from “Cafe Express’s Website!”. LifeLock has many hi tech I.T. Staff and lawyers who will assist with correcting identity theft situations, along with one million dollars of insurance for its customers, depending upon which state an individual resides in; that’s because of the State’s Laws.

Beware of this site, the “Dark Web” has infiltrated their site. There’s thousands of customers who’s personal information, passwords and credit/debit cards Information that were taken by those criminal entities. I’ve contacted (via-phone) the Corporate Office and was hung up on twice. Upon re-contacting them again, the person I’d spoken with stated that she was going to give me the correct phone number to the right person for me to speak with, then she just hung up on me. Then I attempted to contact them again and just kept getting a message. I attempted to contact them four more times to no avail and at that moment I’d realized that my phone number has been blocked. This is absolutely no way to conduct business!!!!

Ordered one lousy coffee mug, personalized, for my dad. Messed it up!
