I'm truly sorry-Lost a customer-haven´t still received
I'm truly sorry, because I'm sure the product will be as good as it looks, but in one more week, it's been almost a month since I bought it, I still haven't received it, and I've lost a customer. This isn't how things should be done. And the shipping cost was outrageous.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the difficulties caused by the delivery timing.
Your order was placed on January 27, approved on January 28, and shipped on January 29 — earlier than our stated production timeframe. According to the tracking information, the shipment was delivered on February 16.
As soon as we learned about the urgency of the situation, we contacted FedEx and did everything possible to help expedite the delivery.
We hope the product meets your expectations and that it will still be useful for your project with your client.

Deceptively fronts as a US company, long delays in shipping, low quality, careless packaging
Their website in the US fronts as a US company, with a US phone number. However, they are based in Ukraine and they don't properly follow up with shipments to the US. There is one more 1-star review on this site that mentions the delay. We experienced the same, and had to prompt Inko Horeca multiple times to call FedEx to complete the shipment. In the end this was very easy for them to do but they simply didn't follow up.
When we finally got our menu covers, they were damaged from pushing against the binder rings and we had to re-varnish them to make them look acceptable.
The wood that they use is low quality and has already bent from drying up after they produced it. They should have used wood that has already gone through this process before cutting it so it doesn't bend.
Moreover, the two-hole format on these covers is not compatible with the US two-hole puncher standard size so now we have to look for and order a special puncher, hoping to be able to fit our pages into the menu covers. In the end it was a complete ordeal.

At the time of your order, we unfortunately faced unexpected issues with FedEx on several US shipments, which caused delays and required manual intervention. We were in contact and did our best to resolve the situation, including offering a refund, but we lost contact afterward.
Regarding the product itself, we’re very sorry to hear about the damage and incompatibility issues. Since then, we’ve improved both our packaging methods and our internal quality checks, and we now clearly confirm hole formats and regional standards before production.
We are fully transparent about being a European manufacturer, and we take responsibility for the parts of this experience that fell short. Your feedback has helped us improve, and we genuinely regret the inconvenience this caused you.
If you’re open to it, we would still be happy to reconnect and find a fair resolution.

This item still has not arrived almost a month after ordering samples. We will not be purchasing further as this is far too long of a lead time with no indication it was going to take that long. We ordered on Sept. 8th.. today is Oct 4th. Still not here.
